| Oct 8 14:09:50 | Koi | ♥ 2 | Nice one! Has an overall nice gamefeel. It was fun to get the hang of the slippery controls and the disbanding mechanic. The changing of colors between each run is also a nice touch. here's my high-score :^) ללא שם.jpg | |
| Oct 8 14:20:19 | 10m 29s | Doc, Something Under My Skin! | ♥ 1 | unfortunate that its unfinished. The art and stylized UI looks very cool though! |
| Oct 8 15:00:14 | 39m 55s | Picky Snake | ♥ 1 | Cute Idea! I feel the game suffers from the lack of sound and visual feedback for the player and should feel a little bit less choppy, but the puzzles are nice and the amount of levels impressive. The title screen art is also very nice, I actually wish the game itself had a relatively similar aesthetic as well(^: |
| Oct 8 15:54:13 | 53m 59s | Mouse Mouse | ♥ 0 | Great presentation! the graphics are and the music (once you go milk-mode) are great. The controls are definitely an interesting idea, but personally I never really got the hang of them. It's very easy to accidentally move your cursor outside of the screen when you need to get momentum and just lose all of it because of that. Also didn't realize what the actual objective of the level was for quite a while (getting the milk and going back to the start), if it was stated anywhere then I definitely missed it. Still found myself going for few more tries. Cool stuff overall. Also something about mouse tids I dunno lol. |
| Oct 8 17:43:12 | 1h 48m | The drunk bassist of Hamelin | ♥ 4 | Not a fan of the AI art to say the least, and the lack of consistent graphic direction overall was a bit of shame. However, the idea of having the screen filled with sentences dedicated to each roach you killed is a great joke, and I like the absurdity of the game's idea overall |
| Oct 8 22:18:45 | 4h 35m | Neckmeat's Tiny Adventure | ♥ 3 | I risked all my clout, but a man sometimes have to bet everything for the most chicken nuggies |
| Oct 8 23:33:25 | 1h 14m | Interstellar Cargo Maidens | ♥ 1 | Always glad to try new stuff by you guys. Sadly, I Didn't really connect with the gameplay this time- there wasn't any actual challenge or something interesting to do for the most part, and I felt all the shipping options didn't amount to anything and it wasn't worth going through or thinking about too much. The presentation however, is great as always. Loved the classic looking UI and sound design, and of course the old-school looking anime portraits are just beautiful. Nice experience overall(^: |
| Oct 9 13:18:15 | 13h 44m | Abyss | ♥ 4 | Nice art! A school of fish told me I'm hot |
| Oct 11 18:56:42 | 53h 38m | Sheep County | ♥ 1 | Very nice! feels quite complete and has a cute mechanic to play around with (although I definitely should have got a friend to play with instead of trying to control it all by myself). Loved the joke of getting pet-per-sheep at the end of each level lol |
| Oct 11 19:08:52 | 12m 10s | Little Chef | ♥ 2 | A cute BennetFoddy-like concept, but unfortunately the game barely worked after the first tomato. And goddamn if I didn't try to chop that one zucchini with all my heart. (jk hope you'll manage to fix it all soon) |
| Oct 14 23:44:02 | 76h 35m | Goober Goblins: A Nose Picking Simulator | ♥ 2 | lol nice one. Could actually see this one developed further into few more levels. Makes me feel so privileged and humbled to have a goblin-free nose |
| Oct 14 23:50:21 | 6m 19s | Chaos and Cuddles | ♥ 2 | Yall gotta understand work is all bout givin cookie and cleanin dookie |
| Oct 14 23:56:16 | 5m 55s | Tiny Terrors | ♥ 1 | Terrors were definitely Tiny'd. Nice lil aesthetic |
| Oct 15 00:01:33 | 5m 17s | Cell Hell | ♥ 0 | My body would have never survived phase 4, but it will last like about 96 seconds apparently! |
| Oct 15 00:14:41 | 13m 08s | Highway Crossing Frog | ♥ 1 | Its a shame the game doesn't actually go anywhere. But being a frog who just beat up everything that stand in it's way, including cars and logs, is definitely pretty funny |
| Oct 15 00:20:10 | 5m 29s | Parasite Revolution | ♥ 1 | The animations are very nice and well drawn! The game itself unfortunately ran very poorly for me (also didn't have any sound), and I wasn't engaged by the gameplay itself so much |
| Oct 20 16:14:31 | 135h 54m | TINY PACK | ♥ 1 | Definitely the best game I played in LD56 so far! one of the only ones that were genuinely very fun. The game could easily be at least 3 times longer and I wouldn't complain. Great use of the theme and the graphics and designs are charming. the UI and sound mixing could do with some work, but that's just nitpicking, as this game is a lot for a compo. Amazing job! |
| Oct 20 16:47:46 | 33m 15s | Happy Birthday Logan | ♥ 0 | The guitar mechanic is very interesting. Felt kinda outta place but I enjoyed messing with it |
| Oct 20 22:23:19 | 5h 35m | Vi and the Fairies | ♥ 1 | Really liked the cute character design, but the game itself was very clunky to play and lacked a lot of player feedback (mainly some stuff like sounds for taking damage or different kinds of actions). The timing of the jumps and when I was allowed to do certain actions at random times felt off, and I was kinda fighting the camera half the time. Still, quite a nice effort for a one man project((^: |
| Oct 20 22:37:07 | 13m 48s | Hundreds & Thousands | ♥ 2 | Very nice visuals and presentation, everything moves and play smoothly. The magnifying glass is a great touch. Might be a me problem, but honestly got a bit overwhelmed by the gameplay and wasn't sure exactly which colors and shapes to hit and which not by the second level already lol. Still, some very nice stuff! |
| Oct 21 00:19:28 | 1h 42m | Tiny Checkers | ♥ 1 | Might be my favorite LD56 game so far. Addicting gameplay and a very nice presentation. Had a lot of fun playing it the whole way through. My only complaints are that clicking the mouse felt off a lot times. way too many unwanted moves were made because I accidentally unclicked the mouse on a random square. Something like having the option to cancel chosen piece with a right click could add a lot as well because it was annoying to exit a chosen piece to try to see another one's move set. Also would have got rid of the text's animation for the pieces information. In a game like this you want to get this kind of information as fast as possible, and having to wait for it all to appear every time was frustrating. Loading and unloading pieces between levels was annoying as well, as its isn't very clear where you have to leave a piece that you want to unload, especially in the end game when you have a full army. All of those things, however, are quality of life stuff. The core of the game itself is great! Interested to see if you'll develop it further, I would gladly play some more levels. btw I dig the cute avatar and the drawings you comment on other people's games here, so here ya go ((^: gamemaker2.png |
| Oct 23 14:26:51 | 62h 07m | AFTER HOURS | ♥ 1 | Loved the art! Some funny moments and nice verity. Quite enjoyed it overall. Good job (y) |
| Oct 23 14:36:17 | 9m 26s | WE LOVE THE BOYS! | ♥ 1 | Loved and art and animations. Having multiple bois gang up on you is funny and looks great. Didn't connect to the gameplay itself unfortunately. Movement was way too slippery, and getting caught can sometimes lead to a buggy mess of getting stuck. With some debugging and polishing, I can see it being quite fun, the charm is already there(^: |
| Oct 23 14:52:36 | 16m 19s | davids vs. GOLIATHS | ♥ 2 | Its easy to confuse the enemies by moving the mouse on them when you select something to bulid. got to wave 10 with that. Those Davids sound happy (^: |
