| Jan 11 10:25:20 | A Day in the Life of Death | ♥ 0 | Oh, wow. First game I played this LD and I have to say quite an impressive start that is! Very well crafted game where everything just fits together perfectly. The story reminded me of Pratchett's Reaper Man, but I don't think it's possible to make a game about Death without some echoes of Discworld 😅 I'm not sure if there was any actual gameplay in Happy Lala, though. Didn't seem like pressing the button changed anything. | |
| Jan 11 23:05:53 | 12h 40m | Consumption | ♥ 1 | I really like the cover art! And nice to see another zelda-like too :) Unfortunately I couldn't get very far, because I kept dying in middle point the second dungeon room without any visible reason. |
| Jan 13 14:58:16 | 39h 52m | Fairy Feeder | ♥ 3 | Nice! Simple gameplay, but enough to do for a jam game, and the mana rifts managed to keep everything from getting too tedious. |
| Jan 14 17:32:21 | 26h 34m | Harvest Hewn | ♥ 1 | Overall a nice and polished entry with a solid core! I liked how the game was turn-based even though this kind of wave survival gameplay is usual very action-oriented. The item prices were maybe a bit high, which made the pacing quite slow, at least in the beginning. |
| Jan 14 17:36:48 | 4m 27s | Typefarmer | ♥ 0 | As much as I commend your dedication to making word games, this one was a bit light on the theme 😆 Otherwise very good and polished typing game! |
| Jan 14 17:46:25 | 9m 37s | Goba Day | ♥ 1 | Ooh, very serious topic, but well executed and a great fit to the theme! Simple, but captivating. My biggest gripe is that the game only teaches you how to play after you've made several potentially devastating decisions due to just not knowing how it works, and especially with subject matter like this, it's a serious bummer. |
| Jan 14 18:05:03 | 18m 38s | Homunculus | ♥ 2 | As a fan of point and click adventure, I can hardly not love this game! The art and writing are excellent and the alchemy mechanic was fun. The only complaint is that it could have a been a bit longer! |
| Jan 14 18:14:07 | 9m 04s | Carrot | ♥ 1 | Really well executed and I loved the responsive controls. You might want to change the instruction text color in the main menu a bit, though, since I completely missed them the first time around! |
| Jan 14 18:24:29 | 10m 22s | The Orchid's Edge | ♥ 2 | Oh wow, the amount of art including fully animated 3D characters is pretty astounding, as even though it's not my genre, the fact that falling off only teleported you to the beginning was nicely forgiving! This is a great entry! |
| Jan 14 20:01:25 | 1h 36m | Squirrelativity | ♥ 1 | Clever and cute! And gets quite difficult very fast, but still an excellent puzzle game, great work! |
| Jan 14 20:15:25 | 14m 00s | Lavender Fields Forever | ♥ 3 | Really nice work! Quite an expansive game for Ludum Dare and takes a bit more time than your average entry. |
| Jan 14 20:52:19 | 36m 54s | Harveeps | ♥ 5 | A novel use of the theme indeed! There's a quite a lot going on in the game, I'm not sure if even a bit too much, so it's quite an accomplishment! |
| Jan 16 16:06:10 | 43h 13m | Coconut harvester | ♥ 1 | Really nice puzzler with a clever mechanic, though the levels get a bit tedious when you have to make a lot of moves before even being able to try and see what happens. |
| Jan 16 16:25:42 | 19m 32s | Bloodsoil | ♥ 0 | Wow that shotgun is loud 😆 Cool game with a nice twist on the theme and lovely pixel art! |
| Jan 20 09:37:35 | 89h 11m | Not Mushroom for Error | ♥ 2 | It's definitely a unique game! At least in the beginning the edible and poisonous mushrooms were maybe too distinguishable by color, i.e. the poisonous ones were always black and white, so it became a bit mechanical. |
