| Oct 6 06:37:49 | Don't Cry at Work!! | ♥ 1 | Awesome job! Gameplay was really stressful, I really felt the pressure of trying to memorize the patterns while managing all the distractions! The art and audio are really well done! I liked how you unlocked more and more distractions and combinations as you advanced through the levels. Only issue I had was It wasn't clear at first to me that I could move the yellow bar since it looks like it's part of the bar's visuals. Perhaps a slider graphic under the bar could provide more affordance there. | |
| Oct 6 07:18:53 | 41m 04s | Banana Martyr | ♥ 1 | This was really fun, I got over 8k points! Great job with the rope physics, especially during the boss fight. It took me a few tries to pass him. It's really fun to time you punches just right hit the monkeys right as they land on the rope. Really nice retro style art as well and the music and sfx were pretty fitting :D |
| Oct 6 07:56:41 | 37m 48s | Orbitris | ♥ 1 | Really cool game idea and execution. It's super tricky and I definitely get the "unstable" feel from it. I feel like someone out there could master it. I wonder if being able to reverse the directionality could make it a little bit easier to handle. |
| Oct 10 01:07:40 | 89h 10m | Brek: out | ♥ 1 | LOL nicely done. I could see this being a start of something like the game "there is no game". |
| Oct 10 01:27:58 | 20m 18s | Divine Intervention | ♥ 2 | Really cool concept! The art and audio are really well done. It look me a few attempts to memorize the actions. I liked how each level had a different control scheme. I do wish there was a timer to show how much time was remaining. |
| Oct 10 02:00:08 | 32m 10s | Stronkey Kong | ♥ 1 | Awesome job! The art and sound were spot on for that retro throwback feel. I was able to complete the game in a little over 13 minutes. It took me a while to get started, but once I figured out how to get money and the rules for placing everything it really started to click for me. |
| Oct 10 02:13:45 | 13m 37s | Hammer Keep | ♥ 1 | Fun game! The controls are really tight, The enemy variety were good, and the boss battle was really tricky and fun. Definitely took a few tries to get pass. |
| Oct 10 02:27:42 | 13m 57s | YuraYura! - Tidying up the tilting tower! | ♥ 2 | Super awesome! Really well done 3D art. The characters and environment are all really cute. I thought the sound design was really good too. The character controls felt a little bit slippery to me, but it feel intentional and part of the challenge. The different stages and their mechanics were interesting, though some of them were a lot harder than others. |
| Oct 10 07:13:04 | 4h 45m | Chickie Catchers | ♥ 1 | Super cute! Loved the adorable art and animations! I'm always impressed by how many songs you can get done on top of programming. Gameplay really went well with the theme. I liked the simple control schemes and feeling of weight you were able to pull off. |
| Oct 10 07:28:31 | 15m 27s | Crazy Cauldron | ♥ 1 | Amazing art and animation! The music was really fitting too. I loved how "alive" the ingredients gathering area felt. I had a little difficulty distinguishing some of the colors/mixes, the color chart on the wall definitely helped me though. Maybe in a post-jam version there could be a secondary indicator (such as iconography) that could help with certain colors and their mixes (especially for color blindness). |
| Oct 10 07:57:25 | 28m 54s | Shaky Shack | ♥ 3 | Really nice aesthetic! The symbols and mixing mechanic were really straight forward and worked well. I wasn't sure how long to play, the game is endless right? |
| Oct 10 08:08:27 | 11m 02s | Bennet Froggy | ♥ 2 | Nice homage to getting over it! I thought the unicycle mechanic fit really well for the theme and you executed the balancing game feel nicely. The art and music were cleaning and clear. You even did similar style voice overs :P |
| Oct 17 02:44:15 | 162h 35m | Wobbly Penguins | ♥ 6 | What a cute little non-scary puzzle game you guys made! I thought it was a neat spin on slippery platforms gameplay. (loved the sudden tone shift and surprised gameplay) |
| Oct 17 02:50:05 | 5m 50s | KungFun BaLance | ♥ 1 | Got to 91 points. Fairly zen game, I liked the character and environment were nice. I liked the little animation on the grass. The music was pretty fitting, but the sounds were a little harsh on my speakers. |
| Oct 17 02:56:37 | 6m 32s | Noinun40 | ♥ 1 | Neat puzzle mechanic! I really had to really focus to make sure I wasn't matching things. I felt like there was more feedback for matching than not matching, which made we want to make matches more, but I had to resist the urge to play correctly. |
| Oct 17 03:06:26 | 9m 49s | A Healthy Dose of Dungeon | ♥ 2 | Fun escape/combat game. Impressive for a Pico-8 game! I thought the graphics were nice, you got a lot of detail in the characters. The controls were pretty tight and the short attack range really upped the difficulty. |
| Oct 17 03:25:42 | 19m 16s | Raiders of the lost gems | ♥ 0 | This was a really lovely puzzle game! I loved how you slowly introduced new concepts and the later puzzles were really well thought out and made great use of the mechanics. Is there actually a way to get the egg at the end? |
| Oct 17 03:35:41 | 9m 59s | The Lesser Evil | ♥ 1 | Really fun game! The aesthetic worked really well. I loved how the curses affected the gameplay and visuals. The combat was really snappy and juicy. There was a good variety of enemies and behaviors. I thought the sound designed worked really well too. No complaints! |
| Oct 17 03:45:33 | 9m 52s | Radish Kid Ascension | ♥ 1 | Super adorable game! Awesome job with the physics and AI for the game. The character and environment were really cute. One of the best I've played this jam :D |
