| Apr 29 02:52:00 | # | I got stuck really early on (blame my Ludumed out brain) at the part with the three bouncing yellow blocks guarding the other small one. I first found it odd, but the restrictive movement grew on me. | |
| Apr 29 23:53:00 | 21h 01m | XYZ | Very "minimal" concept executed surprisingly well! The game has a very quick feel that I wasn't expecting in a puzzle game. |
| Apr 30 00:00:00 | 7m 00s | Undercolor Agents | Quite difficult on single player. I'll try to grab my bro later to try it out. (cause this was MADE for mulitplayer!) |
| Apr 30 00:06:00 | 6m 00s | Platformer '81 | Fairly simple gameplay, which is to be expected with this theme. I like the Castlevania style jumping. |
| Apr 30 00:20:00 | 14m 00s | QbQbQb | Wow. I'm blown away by the polish of this game! I loved the changing music, I loved the graphics and idea. *slow clap* While this is most likely unintentional, I found that pressing A and the left arrow key at the same time moves the planet twice instead of once, which actually turned out to be a really cool idea. My only nitpicks about the game are that it was too easy and that a warning sign and sound would be handy for when a stack is five high. This is quite a wonderful game, and you deserve a top spot! |
| Apr 30 00:30:00 | 10m 00s | Screaming Cubes | A fun little spaceship sim with some interesting gameplay. I would be interested in seeing this polished up! |
| Apr 30 00:34:00 | 4m 00s | CREPITUS | Gameplay reminded me of Super Crate Box, which is never a bad thing. The enemies seemed to have just a little too much health, and it felt like the action was slower because of it. |
| Apr 30 00:38:00 | 4m 00s | Land of the Free | Liked the dark satire of the whole thing. Not much gameplay, but it was fun nontheless. |
| Apr 30 00:40:00 | 2m 00s | Quest | Really liked the idea! Gameplay felt underdeveloped, but with only 48 hours (or less) to work with... Really cool idea. |
| Apr 30 00:51:00 | 11m 00s | Zombies Ate My TItle | Gameplay did remind me of Binding of Isaac. I liked the use of limited ammo; it made rushing toward the stuff lying around more intense XD. Quite difficult, too. |
| Apr 30 00:56:00 | 5m 00s | Sky Tea | Such a simple and demanding platformer :) The gravity was a bit strong, but it was balanced out by the perfectly spaced jumps. I was quite impressed by the level layout. One of my top games so far! |
| Apr 30 01:00:00 | 4m 00s | Pixl | Quite enjoyable, even in single player. I loved how the movement of the squares was physics based, which was quite funny to watch when I got big enough. |
| Apr 30 01:03:00 | 3m 00s | The Square - By Suese | And then it was a diamond :) Simple game made tougher with the delayed attack animation. Quite funny, too XD |
| Apr 30 01:07:00 | 4m 00s | Ablaze | Felt like a single player version of "Spaceteam." I didn't really understand a ton of what I was doing, but it was fun to try to fly a spaceship. |
| Apr 30 01:20:00 | 13m 00s | I Dream of a Beam | I liked how the enemies changed the music, and I liked how "minimizing" multiple enemies in one shot changed the sounds. |
| Apr 30 01:24:00 | 4m 00s | Potato The Destroyer | Gah! So tough XD Gameplay was spot on retro, though it seemed to lag a bit (possibly because I have a gazillion tabs open right now). Level design was simple but challenging, and the graphics were very crisp and distinctive. |
| Apr 30 01:27:00 | 3m 00s | Cube Defender | Graphics and audio were clean and simple. The gameplay was unique, but the controls took a little getting used to. |
| Apr 30 01:31:00 | 4m 00s | Tulip | 34.83. I grew some tulips, and I stared in awe at the minimalism. This game right here sums up the theme perfectly! |
| Apr 30 01:36:00 | 5m 00s | Square Quest | The graphics were quite imaginative for only being literally a pixel big. Fet like some places were inaccessible, but it was still enjoyable. |
| Apr 30 01:50:00 | 14m 00s | Battery | Wow, this is such a great idea! The constant persistent part that the battery plays added some really cool connection between the levels! Good use of the theme, too! |
| Apr 30 02:00:00 | 10m 00s | Escape Shaft | You took the idea of a basic shooter, and turned it into a puzzle game by simply limiting the amount of ammo. I'm impressed! This game would sit right alongside PacMan and DigDug if it were in an arcade. |
| Apr 30 02:07:00 | 7m 00s | Rogue Pirates | Hilarious voiceovers, glitches, and everything! I loved how the ships would bounce around randomly (please don't change this if its a glitch). |
| Apr 30 02:13:00 | 6m 00s | Cage's Ghost | The game felt a bit too slow and random at the beginning, but the graphics and audio were great. |
| Apr 30 02:18:00 | 5m 00s | Touch Blocks, Avoid Spikes | The only problem I had was with the controls. I would sometimes move a space too many because I would hold down a key for a half second too long. Besides that, the graphics and sound were calming and beautiful and the levels thoughtfully designed. |
| Apr 30 02:26:00 | 8m 00s | NinjaFlare | Wow. Please improve this post compo? The graphics were simple and gorgeous. The gameplay was tough at the start, but really improves on the endless runner formula. This game reminded me of Nidhogg for some reason... A huge 5/5 |
| Apr 30 02:31:00 | 5m 00s | First, You Take A Potato | XD That is all 5/5 |
| Apr 30 02:42:00 | 11m 00s | Blue | I liked the gameplay and paint mechanic, though the dialog -while good- was a little slow and unminimal. |
| Apr 30 03:01:00 | 19m 00s | T.O.M.B. | Very, very tough. And addicting. |
| Apr 30 03:03:00 | 2m 00s | Minimalist RTS | The CPU was evil on hard, and amassed a huge army in one lane XD Good game. |
| Apr 30 03:07:00 | 4m 00s | Lookin for Love <3 | Potato! Normal Doodle Jump gameplay, though I did like how the circle created the path of the hearts. |
| Apr 30 03:09:00 | 2m 00s | Arena | Loved the bullet wrapping around the level (reminded me of Forget-Me-Not on iOS) and found the gameplay quite challenging. |
| Apr 30 03:15:00 | 6m 00s | Pilot & Command | Hilarious idea, done extremely well! The minimalism aspect adds something I can quite put my finger on, but its awesome! |
| Apr 30 03:19:00 | 4m 00s | Cubique Noire | The entire game reminded me of LittleBigPlanet for some odd reason. The story felt very noir-like, and the gunplay was fun with the reloading mechanic. |
| Apr 30 03:22:00 | 3m 00s | FreeFall | Pilot Wings anyone? :) Felt very much like that great game. Good job! |
| Apr 30 03:26:00 | 4m 00s | Procedural Island Happiness | Quite a happy amount of islands! Not a lot to do, but that's what the instructions say. |
| Apr 30 03:29:00 | 3m 00s | Mondritron: 2026 | Good use of graphics and sound, and I found the gameplay to be fairly unique and difficult for a shooter. Good work! |
| Apr 30 03:36:00 | 7m 00s | Play The Game | Gameplay was fun, good use of minimal controls. |
| Apr 30 03:41:00 | 5m 00s | Kipple | Good use of the theme, and quite funny, though the gameplay was a little lacking. |
| Apr 30 03:43:00 | 2m 00s | One Crate Sokoban In The Dark | I liked the minimal view and the randomly generated levels. The only thing it really needs is multiple boxes and goals. |
| Apr 30 03:45:00 | 2m 00s | Huoheian | Great graphics and sound. Stupid spikes are stupid, though XD. Really tough. |
| Apr 30 23:11:00 | 19h 26m | Ten Levels | Such a unique idea using the level information as the bits of the level! I really liked that aspect of it. I could see this becoming a lot more interesting if expanded upon... |
| Apr 30 23:15:00 | 4m 00s | Onion Harvester | Such a difficult life the onion farmer has! :) I enjoyed the mellow music and the plentiful amount of checkpoints given. The only gripe I have is that the moving platforms seemed to have some odd physics. |
| Apr 30 23:21:00 | 6m 00s | Long Live the King | I found the gameplay simple, but refreshing for this genre of game. Pretty good game for the limited time! |
| Apr 30 23:26:00 | 5m 00s | Chromatater | This game looks good, but it sadly freezes up before I can play. Look really interesting, though! |
| Apr 30 23:30:00 | 4m 00s | Quest | The simple-shaded 3D graphics looked really good, and the gameplay was simple but tougher than I expected. Good job! |
| Apr 30 23:32:00 | 2m 00s | Planes | Graphics and audio were perfect! I used to remember being addicted to one of these games wayyy back. Good job on recreating that! |
| Apr 30 23:34:00 | 2m 00s | A-Void | I liked the piano music and feel, but the gameplay seemed to be lacking some speed. |
| May 1 00:51:00 | 1h 17m | The Unseen | Really nice idea with some clean and wonderful graphics. Found the pulse to be very hard to use, but I guess that's the point :) |
| May 1 02:26:00 | 1h 35m | Huit | Really liked the graphics, but the gameplay (to me) did not fit the theme very well. Still a good game, though! |
| May 1 02:33:00 | 7m 00s | S | I was carrying around the musical note, but I wasn't able to do anything with it. I really liked this idea, though. It's quite abstract! |
| May 5 20:53:00 | 114h 20m | Stargazers | Loved all the references :) The graphics fit perfectly alongside the concept and gameplay. Really beautiful! |
