The music for this game is fantastic. Crawling through some dangerous factory or bunker as an escaped specimen with that music playing is a really cool idea, but I find the Keep It Alive theme hinders what this game could be.
The best part of the gameplay is being able to pick up and throw those pesky furbabies. Very impressive for a one man team.
We have reached peak art in video games and this game is at the apex of it.
This is by far the best game I've played today—maybe ever. The story arc is incredible. Watching Mr. Hamster's journey from ringworld mailman to space chadster was (inter)stellar. All of the characters are masterfully written and voice-acted. The theme song and music are incredible. My only complaint is that there is not a sequel.
THIS BITCH IS CRAZY 10/10 Only LD game I've ever been able to play with a controller. Really cool.
Just to notify other players, you need to run the game in fullscreen otherwise it has some display bugs.
The music is incredibly fun, the concept is great, and the design around the gameplay is great. The graphics didn't stand out to me (although I love the wobble animations on the models). Really fun and I'd love to see it iterated on more.
I love the audio. I love how the main track changes with each level. It's a small project, but very creative. The combat was surprisingly difficult and intense.
Impressive that you managed to make this by yourself. Just so you know, other members of my team gathered around the computer and laughed as I continually yelled at the PC after messing up again and again on the final level. 10/10 would yell at video game again
I like the art style. And the jumping is satisfying. Was hoping the game was longer.
