Windmill Will by LindenHoltWhittaker 2016-08-29T11:51:00

Thanks for the feedback! I'm not sure if I agree about the music though, after listening to it for so long!

The movement is certainly... unconventional..? I wish I could've had time to explore more 'funny' levels that maybe weren't as frustrating, but I had to stop making the levels to finish the jam.

Haha, yep. A tutorial would be helpful eh?

The foliage breaks your car, the fire breaks you, and the dinos break both. You don't need your car to finish, but you do need to be alive.

I changed the name.. Seems people found it offensive.

I didn't intend it to be crude, it was simply the name I thought sounded best in the title. Sorry for any offense caused.

Windmill Will by LindenHoltWhittaker 2016-09-03T00:45:00

No, the title was changed to my username by a higher power. I honestly didn't think it would be seen as that, but it's okay.

Old N' Fashioned? by tomer_cool 2016-08-29T10:46:00

Great game! I ended up giving up on level 4, as it was so unforgiving, but I enjoyed the general presentation. It looked like you had some other mechanics that you would creep in over time, so you had a lot done for a 48 hour period.

Also, all that work at 12 is very very impressive, well done!

KEK NOR KEK by nanimono 2016-08-29T12:46:00

Cool atmosphere, I like the feeling. Would've been nice to be allowed to explore more, I crumbled in less than a minute. Either way, GG pal!

Antiquis Apparatus by Seizar 2016-08-29T18:20:00

A very chill experience, with some good help by the music.

I like the slow nature of it, very considered and methodical. My machine did end up collapsing when a stone brick hit it wrong, not sure if it was scripted or a bug, but it was brilliant all the same.

Thanks for sharing!

I died from too many cats laughing at me. 10/10

I loved the feel of the game, but I was a bit confused as to what I was doing. You really nailed the sound and art though! Good job

Left Behind by RockhopperGames 2016-08-29T16:58:00

A really cool concept with excellent execution. Number 1 was lost roaming through the pillars for 5-10 minutes, with a creepy mechanical noise resonating through the darkness. Not sure if it was a bug or intended, but either way really added to the experience! I would love to see this idea developed into a bigger project.

It's a great way to marry exploration and puzzles, and is ripe for telling an interesting story.

It Started Out With A Brick by peterthehe 2016-08-29T10:11:00

The quiz alone was brilliant, and then the evolution algorithm was really enjoyable to watch as well.

Maybe needs some more player input to avoid it being a movie, but impressive work regardless.

Sentinel by Ilseroth 2016-08-29T12:10:00

Wow, the best thing here is the atmosphere. The 4 short lines of text really sell the creepiness of the 'Sentinel', and give a great sense of history and lore. The combat was a lot more in depth than I first thought it would be, gave a real boss fight/Shadow of the Colossus feel.

For a game in 48 hours you should be very impressed with yourself!

The Switch - Worker by Ghen 2016-08-29T10:58:00

Awesome game! I really got into the process and the system. Could maybe be developed into some kind of Papers Please affair.

Regardless, well done. Very complete experience.

Carp Diem by pogo575 2016-08-29T17:16:00

Really smooth movement, and good choice in music (unless you made it yourself, and in that case well done!)

There was an issue with trying to hit fish that are stuck at the sides and them turning to hit you several times within a second, and maybe the camera angle could be slightly wider?

Regardless it was a cool experience, thanks for sharing it!

Pyramid Breaker by DifferentName 2016-08-29T17:43:00

Well! I thought at first it was a simple arkanoid/block breaker game with a cool style, and then I realised I could buy upgrades, and add more 'scarabs'..

5 minutes later, THIS crazy awesome chaos (http://imgur.com/a/MFXbN) is what happens! Literally standing still would be enough to deflect hundreds of scarabs that would get exponentially more scarabs, that I could then pay to make cheap enough that they actually gave me money! Every block dropped another scarab! It was amazing!

I'm not sure if this was intended as the end game, but I think it is really enjoyable to become over powered, to make that much progression in a short time, to 'break' the game...

Is that why it's called 'Pyramid Breaker'?

Anyhow, I had a great time, thanks for sharing and well done!
