Zarguuf's Big Berry Heist by bradur 2023-01-10T08:11:34Z

Fun game! The intro takes a bit longer to get there, but once I did, going through the fort/castle area is really cool!

I did find myself accidentally pressing "Q" instead of "1" often, causing the game to pause, and for me to have to click Continue, but maybe I just need to get better at pressing the right key!

Cool concept and really liked how you introduces the game in a linear way, teaching me as I went along!

Infernal Garden by publicidadeba 2023-01-10T07:57:45Z

Loved the instructions, both the styling and the explanation drawings. As others have mentioned, was a bit surprised that the plants hurt us. The plants hurt me more than the enemy sadly :(

Music was lovely and the animations and art feel very tuned and fluid!

Controls are pretty hard to get used.

Can tell a lot of thought and creativity went into the art and level design! Cool concept and nice use of clouds and jump pads!

Water Tower by KeithSwanger 2023-01-14T05:57:07Z

4377 was my score!

At first, I was confused, but once I read the controls, I understood that I could move around.

I don't know how you did it, but **the bullet drop physics were on point!** I felt like I could really predict the distance properly. Love the objectives and the variants of objectives. Hated getting the "without scoping or missing" objects, but the difficulty really made it that much more satisfying!

Clever having WASD and mouse as controls in which you open up a whole 360 world. At first, my comment was going to be "I think it would be better if it was all forward (180 view)," but as I played more and more, I really liked being forced to look around. Especially when having to figure out which fruit were the largest/smallest. And ON MAN the always elusive gold fruit hiding in plain sight!

If I were to nit something about the game that can be better, it would be that I did have a problem figuring out the "largest fruit" sometimes. I swear they all looked the same, but 1 did feel slightly larger because it was further away. Thankfully I was right, otherwise, I would have been pretty lost. That was my only real issue, and somehow I was still able to find it!

Oh, and maybe a "tutorial" start that first gets you to move/look around, and then shoot could be good to get people quickly knowing they can move around (although , maybe I was the only one that had that problem :P haha)

Great game and really enjoyed playing it!

I'm going to start using this as an aim trainer for myself :D hehe

They Hide in the Fields by Hawkin 2023-01-11T02:33:24Z

@cloughd Making sure to have good ambient sound and adding those tiny details to the steps and the voices were all @hawkin! Glad @hawkin was able to incorporate so much as without the sound, the atmosphere just wouldn't be complete. That combined with the lighting and the art style @tempest-smh was able to create really brought everything together.

Thanks for playing!

Crop Season by chaikadev 2023-01-10T08:23:41Z

Fun game! Having to memorize some of their preferences got pretty difficult but was a good progression in the game. Sometimes the physics of the throw was hard to understand, but once I got used to it, it wasn't too bad.

Love the art and it wasn't until in the middle of the game that I noticed the art for the friends have the style that they look hand-drawn!

Love the art and music! Great game really enjoyed it!

Harvest&Sell by Kirill-Blip 2023-01-10T07:20:30Z

My arthritis isn't happy with you! Thankfully, I have 10 fingers. I definitely used all of them :)

I played that wayyy longer than I care to admit. haha loved the music, really set the tone and I could listen to that on repeat forever.

Maybe a bit too much button mashing, but I think that including at least 1 new item or automation would have been great. I'm not one to complain too much when it comes to repetitive gathering, but if there was 1 new item, like a watering can in which you don't have to repeatedly press 'E' to water, would have been very satisfying to complete!

Overall, enjoyed the game and the art!

Danger in the Potager by Odey 2023-01-10T07:48:42Z

Fun game! The art is very well done.

The first play through, I didn't understand that missing meant you couldn't shoot for a while. And then once Tomato showed up, I tried spam shooting them and quickly learned that I needed to take that fight slower! Got Tomato down to about 40% health and unfortunately missed 1 too many shots and lost my rhythm.

I'll definitely be back!

The Ball and the Island by neontropics 2024-04-25T01:34:03Z

Love the music and the art style! Controls took a while to get used to, but once I did, I was on a missing to 100% the game! Loved that the penguins and robots transferred momentum. Was a really cool mechanic (to exploit :D)

Gave me Glover (from the Nintendo 64) feel! Great work!

Tremblewood by Hawkin 2024-04-25T01:37:54Z

@itsboats We didn't get to the passing through mobs feature until later in the game jam unfortunately. I tried experimenting with at least being able to pass through friendly summoned mobs, but then it felt really inconsistent and we didn't have enough time to maybe allow passing through enemies but doing a little damage or knockback. Love how that's something you noticed as well :) Thanks for playing!

Dungeon of the Bone Summoner by itsBoats 2024-04-25T01:54:00Z

Love the music and the art! Everyone this jam has such great music and art!

I really liked the mechanic and the management of all the things! As with these kinds of games, it's hard to find a good balance, but I really enjoyed playing it a few times! As much as I shouldn't spend 2 hours playing this game, I really want to! So really great work making a game that is enjoyable, replayable, and with so many features in such a short time!

I did spam skeles too quickly and they spawned in the wall. I learned quickly not to do that haha

Auto Summoner Hero by Idontgetit1 2024-04-25T02:08:27Z

I didn't not sign of for the stress this caused me! Nor did I sign up to play it multiple times! But here I am, and I did indeed stress AND play multiple times lol

Really cool concept. I liked having to get enough mana to try a new summon while trying to dig through the papers! I did have some trouble reading some of the arrows, but I appreciate that they were runes instead of just plain arrows :)

Great work and really enjoyed the style and summoning was so satisfying!
