LD38 — A Small World

Lottery: you judge them I judge you by doppelgunner 2017-05-01T04:49:04Z

Hi! I really liked the idea you went with for your game. The intro dialogue was a little slow and unskippable, but once in, the game was very nice. It's been a long time since a game has made me think about weighty decisions, even if they were just pixels on the screen with no consequences. I ended up having to choose between the president and the doctor, and had to choose the president. But when I was asked to choose myself, or the president, I actually had to think for a little while before choosing the president. Very nice idea, and execution was awesome!

Thanks for all the feedback guys! I actually tried to implement a house tracker system, but ran out of time and had to scrap it last minute. I might come back to this game and polish it up a little bit. I know there are tons of bugs, but it was ambitious, especially for my first 3-D game.

Hi! I really liked the feeling of our game, and the mission briefing and ways you introduced the game were pretty funny. I thought that the building placing was a rough around the edges, but that's to be expected from a jam game. I also really liked the slow spinning of all the buildings on the planet, it really helped make it feel like it was on a tiny planet. Overall, very nice, simple game with lots of polish!

Holy Shit! A Spider !!! by Aurelien 2017-05-01T05:08:27Z

I really liked your game, it definitely had a different tone to it. I especially likes the voices that would come in and chime in about something. They definitely made the whole experience more enjoyable. I did think the saving the spider part was a bit weird, but besides that, the game had a really nice idea and was executed really well.

I really liked the idea of your game, and the vibes it gave off as you ran around patching holes in the planet. I actually thought it was pretty funny, if you check out my game: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/chips-planet-defense mine plays out nearly the same as your does. Although if i'm being honest, I think you executed on it much better than I did

Song of Fungus by DGSpitzer 2017-05-01T05:20:02Z

Hey! Really liked the idea of your game! Nice music, very interesting puzzles come into play, and I got stuck for a little while on a few of them. Definitely nice. However, on one of the later levels I clicked on the wrong mushroom by accident, and wanted to restart. When i pressed esc, I lost my progress and was back at the main menu. Besides no pausing or restarting, i really loved the idea of the game and how you executed on it.
