Great, especially for a 3 1/2 hour game! It'd be cool to have different videos as z6v said and some sounds. I want to hear the click of the buttons on the vcr!
Got a bug, I'm on 1927 in the alphabet category and I can't input what I think is the answer for CUNEIFORM because it starts with the answer to SUMMONS

I like the style, I'm not entirely convinced it's beatable without cheating though. Fits theme very well.

Yeah, the base level of upgrades is meant to be kinda bad.
If you reset it saves your total distance. Save up and buy some upgrades (use 1/2/3/4 keys to buy them)
About to upload v0.4 which adds some sounds that hopefully fill out those dramatic pauses and adds a hint at the start.
I want to do some randomly placed interactive stuff that can stop a roll early or help to extend it but I'm not sure if I'll have enough time.

I like the style, aside from a little frustration figuring out how close I can maneuver to things without taking a hit it's fun
