LD29 — Beneath the Surface

Dwarven Kingdoms by kristof 2014-05-14T14:54:00

I really enjoyed this game. The ai and polish was very impressive for 48 hours. The map being so large did prolong play a little unnecessarily however

Hughes by SnoringFrog 2014-05-14T14:25:00

The writing was funny and the base game was good overall. It could have used more length, but you probably already know that.

Journey to the Center of the Hole by dcolgan 2014-05-14T13:54:00

I liked it! The mood and general execution were great. Better visual cues for the fireballs would have been useful though.

Extinction by loxo 2014-05-14T14:09:00

The basis for the game seemed good, but it didn't explain anything. Your description indicates you are aware of this though.

The Bored Room by evilDan 2014-05-14T14:16:00

The game was very funny. It could have been longer and have had multiple endings depending on my response, but heh, what ya gonna do?

Ninja VS Worms by ninjacharlie 2014-05-14T14:32:00

Game was fun and fairly well stylized. The gameplay could have used a few tweaks, such as a better visual cue for being hit

PEEL OFF THE PLANET by berunu 2014-05-14T14:39:00

The concept was interesting, but the game could have used more work in most areas, like telling the player what their goal is

IlluminateTree by IL_yoshioka 2014-05-14T15:51:00

The music effects were cool, but other than that it didn't do much

Where Are Your Friends Tonight by Mike Mezhenin 2014-09-10T23:47:00

Really neat as a proof of concept; I think it achieved the goal you had for it. Everyone saying the same thing and radomly inserting "whatever" into their dialouge was actually kind of funny.

The Connection by jas7229 2014-08-27T01:18:00

I enjoyed this overall, I would probably have done better if I had a numpad. I really like it when games have challenges that extend into the meatspace.

Dead Weight by ponywolf 2014-08-27T01:34:00

Charming, polished, clever and beautiful. The controls were a little weird at times. Making it mobile only was a good descision, it wouldn't work as well or be as intuitive elsewhere.

Two Lives by InfamousIntellectual 2014-09-14T02:41:00

This game made me think. I liked it. I have nothing else to say that everyone else didn't already. (also I'm the guy who wrote a poem about your game for poemsaboutgames)

We are connected by a copper wire by dsoft20 2014-09-02T01:49:00

I really enjoyed this, the music is super great. The scrolling was a little too sensitive on my setup, but that might just be on my end.
