Aww, this reminds me of Pikmin! I love that concept! The design of the device is so creative. Great job bringing such a fun idea to life!

OH, this game is actually fun! The physics are so smooth, and the gameplay is surprisingly addictive!

What a cool concept! I love how you've combined the chamber hunter mechanics with platforming elements.
*By the way, I think I found a bug—literally! Not literally?*
Ahhhh, this is fun!! It reminds me of those hilarious games where the playable character ragdolls around. I really like this concept!
Ohh! This is so cute and wholesome. I created several terrariums and will definitely save this to my itch.io library. Amazing work! 🤗
This is very solid work and an impressive result for the short time! I love how you combined platforming and puzzles with such a cute theme. Great job! 🙂

It took me a moment to figure out how to play this game, but now I have my little guys strolling around! Great job! The art style is simple yet surprisingly polished, and I really like the GUI style. Maybe it would be helpful to separate the dwarf spawn from the buildings, as that was a bit confusing at first.
I just tested your game, and I’m really impressed! It’s great that you managed to include a tutorial—it really enhances the experience.
The concept is so much fun, and controlling the buggy feels satisfying. I did notice a weird jiggly behavior when controlling the buggy while holding down the mouse over it.
Also, the scale of the apple in relation to the buggy was a bit confusing. But I liked how the buggy moves slower over water; it's a nice touch!
Overall, you did a fantastic job, especially considering the short time, this is so cool and polished! 😊
I love the potion shop and mushroom theme! It's beautifully executed, and I also really like that the ingredients have voiceovers. Good job!
Okay, I'm extremely impressed by how solid the game is! It definitely captures that Tiny Creatures vibe, which I really love. The depth of field effect, along with the nighttime and rain, adds so much ambiance. Plus, the ability to transform into different creatures to solve puzzles is such a great feature. Good job!!
*I would suggest adding some GIFs to this page, like the moment when the depth of field effect kicks in or when transforming into an animal. This would really highlight the attention to detail and spark curiosity. I think this contribution is underrated!
It somehow reminds me of a game I used to play when I was a child! I still love this kind of simulation game. Nice job! 😊
Great art style!!
I really love the art style!!
I love it!!! It's such a cute concept, building up a bee colony. I especially love that the bees have different attributes—it adds so much depth to the gameplay. The pixel art style is amazing and fits the bee theme perfectly.
Side note: I noticed you can scroll, and the cursor gets bigger, but I didn’t quite understand how to use it? It didn’t seem to work for me.
This is fun!!
@andrewkennedy thank you so much for taking the time to test our game and for your thoughtful feedback! 😊 We put a lot of effort into refining the AI during the game jam, and it’s fantastic to hear that you enjoyed that aspect.
You make a good point about the game loop and gameplay feeling a bit lacking. We had some ideas for adding rarer resources in the deeper layers and enabling hub expansions with specific constraints. It’s a shame we ran out of time, but we’re excited to explore those ideas in the future!
Happy Gaming!🤗
@panicmore thank you for taking the time to test the game and for your feedback! 😊 The gameplay did indeed suffer due to the focus on the AI and world generation, but it was a great experience for future game jams. The importance of focusing on the game loop and gameplay will definitely be a priority nect time!
@broheartttv thank you so much! 🤗 We were definitely inspired by Dwarf Fortress, but expected it was a bit too ambitious for the jam. I still really wanted to include the AI and procedural map as a proof of concept for some other game ideas I’m working on, and it was totally worth it—so glad everything worked well during your test session!
@emmagsmith thank you!! 😊 I wrote a generator to give them all a slightly different appearance. There are two base designs, and the hair and clothing colors are randomly generated. I tried to create a spectrum of different shades of brown, blonde, and red to give it that dwarf-like aesthetic!
Hey y'all, thank you so much for trying our game even though it was barely playable!! Your feedback means a lot to us <3 We finally were able fixed the conveyor belts so notes can now be transported to the radio station and the game is actually playable now!! q.q
