the game reminded me a lot of Papers Please, especially the title screen

the mood and the characters are amazing. the sound design team also did well in collaboration with the visual one, creating a feeling of thrill.

as improvement you could make the buttons during the fights brighter, since it took me a few seconds to realize that I can click on them. you could also add a red overlay on top of the enemies you hit to sell the feeling of damage.

otherwise, well done for your first game jam!

I liked the idea of collecting bugs to gain special abilities and the graphics are unique. Prompts to the team for their progress, we'll wait for the release of new levels))

Lovely game! I loved the storyboard and the canterbury bell staircase was such a nice concept. (maybe add a death screen to avoid the infinite fall, but otherwise...) Well done!

oh and I LOVED the scene in which the mother holds her daughter because it resembled a drawing me and a friend did a long time ago ( so this is definitely a memorable entry for me :) )

unexpected plot twist and great character design, sometimes the character would get stuck on the magical platform, but otherwise it's a lovely concept!

interesting game concept, I enjoyed the simplicity of it and the smooth movement on the feet. a unique experience

i liked the jumping platform and the fact that the frogs could use it too, the design is also nice. wish you could restart the level instead of starting the game from the beginning since sometimes the frogs were right next to the spawn point and I got an instant loss. The variety of frogs is also nice, but they seemed a little too big, failing if you didn't time the jump exactly. + the character would get stuck at the top of the ladder often, but overall, nice concept. I liked it

could not interact with all the objects, the character moves too slow and the music gets too repetitive after a while. on the bright side, the graphics are unusual and the concept seems interesting

the game is nice overall, I really liked the smooth movement ( and the tiny chicks were adorable ) maybe add more levels with different difficulty options in the future, the gameplay is too easy
