Quite nice. It would be better if your score actually mattered. I like the trade-off between levels where you need to set off the chain reaction and try to avoid being obliterated, and levels where you need to set off chain reactions very quick to avoid being obliterated. Maybe some power-ups and things would help throw some variety in the game play.
Interesting concept. The AI definitely needs more work, as it is both too easy to play and hard to actually end the game. Maybe if I had not been bugging you with PygLibsX problems, it would have been perfect. ;)
Well, it seems that the strategy behind the game is to set up long chains of bubbles to get the highest score in one shot possible. The problem is the chain reaction sets off where you clicked and also on all the adjacent colors, so it is really hard to actually plan any sort of long chain because the whole thing gets wrecked pretty easy. Playing on the larger sized level also gets you a lot more points because long chains of bubbles occur more naturally.
Also, whatever score you got last disappears too quickly to see what it was.. Good effort though.
It is probably a bit easy, but still fun. I like how your own little planet is also affected by bumping into the others. Although perhaps for some extra difficulty this might destroy you?
Providing a jar or something in addition to your exe would have been nice. I managed to get it running on Linux by commenting out 'package chainReaction;' in each source file, recompiling and executing 'java -cp src/chainReaction/ Main' from the top level directory. Speaking of which, you forgot to include that directory in your archive. =P
Otherwise it ran very nicely on my machine. I didn't notice any of the problems other people have reported around here. Nice graphics, fair amount of polish, just needed a bit more game play. Nice job though!

More control over the ship would be nice, it seems a bit hard to maneuver and the game play is a bit lacking. Well put together though.
