Finding meaning after becoming obsolete is a really lovely angle on Old Tech. I love the little monitor-headed character and the illustrated heaps of discarded electronics. I did find the game a bit hard lol -- man these rats are vicious!... I didnt manage to finish the game 😢 Was the art style inspired by cult of lamb? im a big fan of your choice to go 2.5d :)

I really like the progression system and the wide variety of routes. All of this is complemented by an interesting visual style. However, head-on attacks are very dull, and the rats just look like piles of dirt.

It kinda reminded me of little sequence in nier automata with robot))

Yes, getting abilities along the way, and having the possibility to use them right away : well done !

I really like the art style! The character is sooo cute! Also the music is good, it's a little bit difficult for me to fight the rats, but the challenging part is also interesting :)

Really good game. Art, audio, controls, level design.. enjoyed all I experienced. After I got dash, I couldn't progress any farther for lack of skill. Would have loved to see more of the game though. Good entry!

The Rat King was too tough for me 😬

Other than that, it's a fantastic game! Really enjoyed exploring the world.

It was a little difficult, but right I was about to finish off the boss, it ran out of memory. Luckily it saves progress!

You were clearly inspired by Cult of the Lamb. It was loads of fun, even though it didn't really deviate from the formula. The thing that wasn't clear was to dash through the barrier, I was stuck for a while for no reason. I loved the graphics and sound, and the controls felt snappy, but those damn brown rats are brutal.

Rated all 5s. Kind of a shame I just ripped my GPU out my machine, had to play in a tiny window 😅

The art is gorgeous, and the hand-drawn style gives it a lot of personality. Great work from the whole team!

Very nice-looking game! Really nice play! But sometimes the rats that appear in front of you when entering the area are kind of frustrating! The amount of work done in 3 days is incredible!

A fun game, though I couldn't finish it because it didn't feel fair to the player—especially during the Rat King fight. There were several instances where rats would land directly on top of me while attacking. In my opinion, the game should include some invulnerability frames after taking damage, and the Rat King’s attacks should be telegraphed so that players can anticipate them and be rewarded for doing so. That said, I still had a good time! :D

Great graphics, I liked the main character and the environments! The game is quite hard however, I can't figure out how to consistently attack rats without taking damage. I almost beat the boss, but ultimately it was too hard for me. The web version told me that it can't run on firefox, but I tested it by changing the user agent and the game worked correctly.

The rat king was HARD, for sure, but I made it. Loved the character design and sounds. As other people say, it was hard anticipating when the rats and the king would attack. Other than that, it is great game!
