For some reason I couldn't colour pick at first so I had to restart the game. The visual are great and very appealing and the puzzle are also pretty creative. I really enjoyed the game despite how short it is.

Art is so beautiful
Art is amazing. cool take on theme
Really like the art ^
Such a cute game! I really love the character design, and the color scheme is wonderful as well!
A really nice drawing simulator concept! But it feels like it’s missing some tutorial or guidance, which made the early exploration a bit confusing.
Nice game. Beautiful visuals and sounds. The gameplay is interesting, but there isn't much of it. I think there's potential in this project. Good luck with further development
Very cute, relaxing and fun!
nice game!
Nice cosy game, a bit short though. Had a hard time figuring out what to do on the second level with the leaves.
I really like your art style and the idea how the different things can be changed with different color on them. I believe it will be very cozy game if you will add more content to it in the future <3
Graphically impressive short experience. Audio was a bit loud but well designed to fit the game. There must be something wrong with the tools as they seem to only work when they want. On the first time nothing worked on the door and had to restart. After completing the game the menu didn't seem to work and felt more like a crash than complete, but that is usually what happens in jam games.
These are probably the most pleasant sounds I've heard here. The visuals are also very pleasing. The gameplay is quite simple, but it's implemented in a cool way.
Thank you all so much for the kind words. This was actually my first time joining a game jam, and I even started learning Unity after the jam had already started — so your encouragement really means a lot to me. I've read all your comments, and while I'd love to reply to each one, I'm afraid that it might flood the comment section. So I'd like to leave a thank you here for people who have played my game.
I'm really happy that so many of you liked the art and theme — I put a lot of heart into those parts. While the game's not perfect due to time and technical limits, I'll keep working on it and do my best to improve it based on your feedback💖! 1.png
@theredhat Thank you so much for the feedback! I think the issue might be because of how linear the level design is — I added a lot of condition checks for picking and placing colors, which sometimes causes bugs if things aren’t done in the “right” order. I’m planning to improve that logic and make the color picking/placing more flexible in future updates. Really glad you enjoyed the visuals and puzzles! 😊🎨 2.png
A really interesting concept where things change their properties by changing their color and picture. Keep developing the idea! With such cute art, this could turn into something grand. Great game!
Interesting idea and excellent art !! The only drawback for me is the click sound that is a bit high and quickly becomes annoying (item selection sound is good though)
A small background music would add a lot to your game !
Congrats for your first jam !
Waaaahh!! It ended so quickly! So sad! I definetly want a lot more. If you ever feel like finishing the idea - that would be peak great!!
You have great idea foundation that with enough polish will make for an awesome puzzle game. The art style is already great, too, and your adorable character is enough to catch player's attention and instantly make them fall in love with them! (well, I know I am!! www)
I really missed at least some background music to set the mood. Some small looping music would have been great to enchance the experience. (*´ω`*)
With puzzle aspect of the game, I kind of wished it was a little less linear. It would be super cool to have more room for experiment with the core game mechanic, when you use wrong colour and see what happens (see it not working), instead of character invading your screen and telling you're doing something wrong. Especially with such creative idea, it really gets your primal instinct 'do and see what happens' going. Repicking placed colour probably would allow for this experiment to happen. (Though I totally get it being a pain to both program and draw in compo jam. The fact you did so much is already crazy!)
This is definetly a great first game jam entry, and compo to top it all!! Such a good job, please keep going!! I really hope to see you next game jams, please lets meet again!! (I'd love to see more of your cute characters!! >//<)

The art was very good in this one, and the concept itself was a very creative twist on the theme. I wish that I was able to experiment with the colors a little bit more, but you did a very good job with the everything considering the time and technical constraints!
Cool game! Very creative take on the theme. Like others have said, I would have liked the option to explore other color combinations rather than one option being the right one, which is something that could be improved on in the future. Had to restart the game twice because the color tools stopped working too, presumably because I did an action out of the "right order".
The art is very nice and soothing, and the UI looks good! This has potential to grow into a long game in the future if you continue to work on it. And getting to learn Unity as you go is impressive, the skills you learned can be of great use in future games.
The art is definitely highlight of this game, so cute and pretty! There were a couple bugs, on my first play through the color picker wasn't working. I also didn't realize you needed to select an empty spot before picking, I thought it got added to my inventory automatically, so after I picked the blue color and I couldn't pick up the red, I was confused for a while. The mechanic itself sounds like a fun idea but the game was too short to properly show its potential! Both puzzles just consisted of swapping two colors around. If you have more ideas, you should try to expand this one when you have more time!
BTW since you said you just started learning, I wanna give you props for being one of the few Unity games I've played in this jam that actually had correct UI scaling!! Most games don't bother to do that and thus don't work on my tiny laptop. So thank you for that! x3
Very nice coloring game! This cover is so attractive lol
Enjoy the vibe!

Thanks for uploading! Super cute game! Definitely wish there was some room to tinker around with the colors and the puzzle order, but especially for your first jam game this is pretty good! Would love to see more of this and see what kind of puzzles someone could make using this kind of mechanic.
