Great visual style, I really like this posterization and like clippings from magazines, the music is also very cool, but the gameplay itself is a bit difficult, well, or it's my skill issue.

The music and art are amazing! I love the unique style you’ve created. The controls feel a little tricky, though—maybe a small indicator could help with hitting the rhythm better. I really want to enjoy all the music, but saidly I keep getting stuck on the first level hh
I love the art style. The game is not simple and you can "by pass the gameplay" by pushing all buttons, but hey, making a rythm game in game jam is really hard. Good work !
The game is as hard as it is aesthetics!! 🌟 (spoiler: it is a sight for sore eyes) 🌟
Woowwww this art style. I love it! Super original.
Gameplay wise I wanted a little bit more space to see what was coming, as I think it was slightly too hard as-is, but hey, I got rank B and I'm happy enough with that.
Love the look of the game but I really stuggled with hitting the enemies (without using the button mashing method). I feel like the timing might be a bit off but maybe its just a skill issue
very cool game, liked the atmosphere and mechanics

Really cool style, the theme is a bit of a stretch but the amazing graphics kept me wanting to see more
Cool collage style! I like play with the beat! Good job!
Visually probably the coolest LD57 game I've played so far. The presentation excels at all aspects of collage, from interesting sample choices (dogtail grass, lol) to how they are put together, and the somewhat "brutalist" usage of fonts in the menu makes this artstyle genuinely unique.
Gameplay was enjoyable too but the timings did feel a bit too tight. Might be a visual communication issue though (no clear "line" / "cutoff point" representing the visual timing). Additional (minor) confusion arises from hit/miss indicators statically lingering. Would probably help if they floated upwards, or something like that, to make way for new ones and clearly communicate which indicators refer to which action/timing.
Overall really cool game!
Love the visual style, very unique. Even tho I think the gameplay needs some more work, it is worth expanding on what you have. Maybe the scope was a bit big for a gamejam, but you managed to show a nice little demo of a gem in the making! I hope you continue building games in this visual style!
I'm keep getting F... typical me... but love the visual style, what's the name of this aesthetics?? love how good it feels when the keyborads matches the beats of the music hehe
I really enjoyed the rythem game. Though it is quite difficult to aniticipate which button to press considering you have around 1-2 seconds to react from the momment they appear. Maybe the lanes could be a bit longer so you have a little more time to see those notes approaching? Otherwise I just had to memorize the note chart. Thought there were going to be more than one level after clearing the first one. Unless I must have missed something. Nevertheless, great work!
This game really caught my eye with it's art style! You all captured such a specific vibe that is *so* good! The music is also such a bop which makes the rhythm game really work. I will echo some other folks comments about the difficulty (it can be hard to tell which of the two elements is arriving first at times, which is tricky), but overall I had a really good time! Well done! :confetti_ball:
Thanks to everyone for commenting!
Definitely a great art style and idea as many have said, however I honestly felt the warning time was far too short to react. It seems like you have to know the level's layout in advance to have any chance of surviving, unless you mash the buttons. I can tell a lot of effort and polish went into this, though!
Cool artstyle and cute Cat Knight

I would polish the balance a bit, because I couldn't do the timing right and resorted to spamming buttons as fast as I could which helped
I was hoping there would be more levels, but seems like you have that planned for the future so that's awesome!
Great job!
