It was fun and had a great art, but got a little tedious towards the end. It would be cool if instead of upgrading house by paying, they had to be upgraded by building support buildings adjacent to them. Something like a market or town hall that auto upgrades adjacent houses, like in a city builder game.

The game is complete and works fine, congrats! Graphics are cute, sound does the job. I got stuck multiple time at the start, it seems that if you don't do the correct build order you get stuck, that's an issue imo. When you get how things work, the game kinda plays itself but it's already pretty good for a jam. Good job!

Fun game! Got rid of all the snow in half an hour or so. The upgrades could need some tweaking though! It's much more effective to have a bunch of level 1 houses rather than a few high level ones. Once I got a big snow shoveling factory up I could really quickly expand and get the snow away. I also managed to soft lock myself in the beginning by building leaves and houses but no mines hehe. Such is the life of gnome village
It fits the theme well, nice work!!
It's a really chill game, I couldn't get past 1 gnome though. But I'm sure I'd get there eventually. Looks like a lot of effort went into this, great work.

A fun game!
Super cute art and great concept! I would've loved a tutorial to help me understand the game mechanics better :)
The order of the items on the menu induced me to purchase a house first, which instantly is a self-defeat as I would soon realize after buying the water sprout and then getting myself stuck. Had to reboot and figure out to buy the mine and water first, then once things are rolling can buy the house... that aside, pretty neat game :)

A very good game :) I liked the rather relaxing incremental game. There are a couple of things that interfere with the gameplay that could be fixed in the future: 1. You can not pump water, most of the whole game rests on the lack of water. 2. It is not entirely clear what the improvement of the mine and the house does. 3. There is a softlock: if we spend all the resources and do not have a mine, then we will not be able to build anything (perhaps add a return of some resources to the bulldozer), or make the mine free of resources. 4. Make a limit on simultaneously playing sounds (when there are too many dwarfs, the sound becomes too loud) 5. Improvements are not worth it - it is much more profitable to put several buildings, especially given the lack of water.
In general, I really liked this game. The game is finished and of high quality. Thanks for the exciting gaming experience)
P.S. I completed the game in 16.17 minutes
A unique interpretation of the theme is appreciated! The music is very nice and really enhances the chill (pun intended ) atmosphere. The whole game feels polished and works very well. Tiny gnomes are super cute.
Here is my quaint gnomish town near the end. I also chucked at the description of the water producing plant

There is a possibility that I did not understand something, but it feels like there are some problems with the balance. I built one house and one water producer, a worker appeared who endlessly broke white blocks and nothing else happened. Only on the 3rd attempt did I understand that first I needed to build a mine, then a water producer, and only then a house with workers. (in my opinion, it would be better to either give resources at the start for the construction of all the necessary buildings, or give some resources for breaking snow cubes.) Also, improving buildings does not make sense, an improved house consumes more water and does not significantly increase the number of workers, but it costs very expensive which leads to the construction of a new mine which in turn also consumes water. It turns out that in order to significantly increase the number of workers, the easiest way is to build through 1, first a water producer, then a house. I am not writing all this to criticize, but because I really liked the idea and I see that it can work much better with a little tweaking. Otherwise, good job, well done!Снимок экрана 2024-10-10.png
Nice entry! The concept is interesting and the sound of the gnomes removing the snow is very satisfying. I had some trouble at the beginning locking myself by building a house first. And I'm not sure if I missed something about the upgrade of the houses but it felt less efficient than having several lvl 1 house even when taking into account the fact that it takes less space. In any case, good work :)
The game turned out really nice. I won't mention things that have already been said before, such as strategy issues and softlocks.
I don't really like spectating games (where you set up a strategy and let the game run while you just watch), so I got bored, but I understand that it's a niche.
If adding a timer is a way to adjust these details of the game's mechanics, it would be great for speedrunners.
It was a job well done.
Congratulations on the game.

Upgrading the houses did not have a good ROI  The whole field was full of water leaves for like 10 houses. Nice submission!
The mining sound effect is so satisfying :D
Took me a little while to understand that I had to build Water+Mine to start, otherwise I was stuck since I couldn't generate any leave.
