Other than being a bit too slidey the handling of the car was surprisingly good, I also enjoyed getting berated every lap it reminded me of my wife

Well, that was a wild ride I guess :D Even though the single elements like audio, graphics or gameplay might not be the absolute best, I still think they fit together nicely, making for a coherent piece. I agree that the gameplay is a bit slidey but for me that was fine. What got me more were the wall pieces that stuck out of the wall, making me crash once or twice.
I think that's first time I've played a racing game in a jam, and now I'm wondering why there aren't more racing games.
The intro was hilarious, absolutly loved it! Really the best setup I stumbled upon during this LD. And all those spectators looks awesome. Also liked that you can drive out of the racing track and just drive around the field for a while :)
that video was great, good game.
there are scaling issues in the windowed mode though - at first I didn't even notice the video and end screen text was also misaligned, until I entered fullscreen mode.
Didn't think I'd enjoy getting insulted every lap but there we are. Fun little game, good work!
I like the line for when you beat all 3 laps
