The art is really great, excellent job. I think I was a little confused about how to counter the slimes, not sure if I was interpreting the colors correctly for their types but the auto-battle feel is fun and satisfying to watch especially when I had several golems out at once. Cool game

This was a cool concept. I have to admit I didn't immediately understand what the advantage/disadvantage of creating a mixed element golem was. Having the explanation at the beginning was nice. Nice work!

maks-night-dlc 2024-04-15 04:47

It would be nice to see the finished version in the play market or appstore. I didn't see much difference in the effects of the elements, but the style of the drawings is cool.

Awesome job! As some others have mentioned the art style is so cool, especially the build a golem table really drew me towards clicking on the game. I think my only critical feedback would be that there was no indicator to tell the player which part of the golem they are adding next. After a while it was fine though, because you know the order of pieces, but to begin it was a little bit challenging.

Cool game! Took me a little bit to understand how it all works which isn't really a bad thing. It seemed like nothing was strong against earth elements or was I missing something?

wo-ri-gou-le 2024-04-15 10:14

adorable little golems! I found that make a water one along with a fire one is very powerful. (the enemy witch only taks one damage at once even if I send two golems... this could be designed better

josang1567 2024-04-15 10:58

Love the mechanics and graphics, but at some points i couldn´t create golems so i had to wait to all die so i could create more

caz-creates-games 2024-04-15 11:43

Great art 👍 Really interesting game mechanic of building up different golems with different effects 👍 Easy and fun to play 👍

Suggestions: - it would be nice to see the different elemental body parts have a significantly unique effect - having the 'element cooldown' dependant on the number of current golems wasn't very intuitive, in my opinion. I think this part of the game could be changed somehow. Maybe, you collect the body parts of golems that you destroy, for example. Otherwise, I found success by simply spawning 4 golems at once, each with 3 different elements.

Overall: - Really great game - Fun to play - Cute character design - Unique game mechanics

Hi! Impressive game, art style is incredible. I wonder how you balance a game like this. Nice job and thanks!

rillep 2024-04-15 11:59

Very nice graphics! The gameplay was okay. I was almost just selecting random parts, with just a little bit of thought.

cosmo8 2024-04-16 00:22

Fun game concept! I wish I had to think a little more, it feels like just spamming random elements really carried me as far as I needed to go. Really enjoyed my time with it though!

This is really clever and charming, you should be proud of what youve made.

breakfastgun 2024-04-16 03:12

That was pretty fun to play! Very clever game idea and I love the art and the sound FX. Well done, bud!

olddog 2024-04-16 09:02

so simple and short!love the game art so much, wish for more kinds of summons,or more kinds of enemies to defeat

atomicptr 2024-04-16 16:24

Love the art, this is really clever implementation of the theme lol

I like this game! You guys are great!

bwalter 2024-04-17 01:56

good job! I think this would be a great concept to expand in the future!

gwethelynn 2024-04-17 08:30

I haven’t managed to win yet, despite my cat cheering me on. That doesn’t mean I don’t like the game, quite the contrary! I think it’s very well executed, feels very smooth. I would have liked for earth to be part of the weakness/strength cycle though. And maybe you could have life bars in the future?

lexgear 2024-04-17 08:54

Thank you @gwethelynn, yes.. I'm really glad you played it enough to see how the cycle of elements worked. I also would have liked earth to have had weaknesses and strengths but I couldn't figure out how to balance everything evenly T_T

It is beatable, albeit, hard. Thank you so much for playing my game.

blackpulse 2024-04-21 00:35

Managed to win after multiple games where I was trying to understand the element affinities and how use them accordingly. It was cute and fun and felt great seeing my Golems finally winning!

I think it deserves just a better explanation about the affinity system at the beginning, or at least before the enemies start spawning so that you can take the time to see the different elements and learn how they works :)

I also think that the earth being neutral is great.

lexgear 2024-04-21 08:09

@blackpulse Thank you so much for playing my game and congratz on winnning! Good points and I do agree. 👍 If I had more time I probably would have also made it more obvious what components were what elements.

rasblo 2024-04-23 17:56

This was way more fun than it has any right to be! :D Nice castle defense combined with element vs element! Was fun to build the golems. Well balanced, an intuitive, didn't take long to figure it out. Solid sound effects, wish there was more and a music track. Would also like to see an indication of the health of characters!

Fun sweet entry! <3

tomssuli 2024-04-27 15:48

Fun game making you think on your feet what golems to summon against the slimes and not spam just something because it slows down your elements. Art style was funny, there could have maybe been more sounds and some music would really have enhanced the mood.

Still, fun idea pitching elements against each other. I didn't encounter any bugs during the short playthrough :)

its-capp 2024-04-30 23:50

the art and gameplay was very charming but after a few minutes of playing I didn't find it much fun, it felt too repetitive to play longer than a minute. though it does stay on theme very well and has very interesting gameplay.

Very interesting game! Too bad it ran a little slow on my computer, but my graphics card is a gt1030, I only have 2gb of vram. Overall good work! Anotação 2024-05-01 104445.png
