I was very sad to realize the sheep are dying )) Starting from the second lvl its became a sheep suicide simulator for me. Running sheeps are pretty funny.

@Shishandr thank you so much for taking the time to play our game, especially since we only had the Godot project uploaded at the time! I see you're also a sheep enjoyer with your game, and I'll play it and drop a comment later this week :sheep:
Nice Idea ! It can be hard in some spaces but It was so fun to see the sheep running and trying to avoid their suicide haha :sheep:
First level is reasonable, but I had a really hard time keeping my sheep alive after that. It's very difficult! I like the overall aesthetic of the game. The environment, music, and sounds all fit really well together. Nice job!
Good game,i like this canvel, but sometimes sheep walks underground autoly
@Padlynn @diego-escalante I'm glad you found things you enjoyed about the game despite its difficulty! Due to the limited time we had and how erratic the sheep behavior ended up being, we opted to make the game experience about losing sheep more than successfully bringing them to safety  I do agree that the difficulty curve is unreasonable given the game's framing that the goal is to bring sheep to safety, and I would try to make the levels progress more gradually from reasonable to completely ridiculous given more time.
Neat concept and aesthetic. Unfortunately I found it pretty frustrating to play as the sheep would frequently block each others path and the framerate on web was pretty choppy. Trying to make a herding mechanic is I think a rite of passage for devs, it's one of those things that seems like an easy idea to implement but is actually very hard to make feel good. Great job on the Ui, very visually appealing and clean.
I guess it is so frustrating it becomes good in a way ahah. Nice little game, good entry ! I am not very patient so I didn't get past the first level xD
It is quite hard to play for me but the idea is very cool
@bayunyoubi Thank you for taking the time to play! Yeah, unfortunately our sheep tended to walk off the edges
@fizzbark Thank you for taking the time to play and providing feedback! Yeah, I agree that the gameplay is pretty frustrating, and it doesn't help that along with blocking each others' paths, the sheep will also frequently walk off the edges. We had a lot of trouble with the sheep. The frame rate is choppy even within engine for some levels too oops.
@thunderchief @ruslana Not your fault that it's hard to play -- the levels were initially designed assuming the sheep would be much more easily controlled (but the final behavior ended up being very erratic). Thanks for powering through and trying the game out for a bit!
The sheep run animation is hilarious! Their AI is also a little goofy. Had a hard time getting them going. Last level was super laggy, not sure if thats just on the .exe file tho. Thanks for sharing! I had fun, my gf was giggling the entire time.
How could you say those sheep are not that bright when they can start running on two legs! Nice game, gets a lot harder once you reach level two. Enjoyed it!
The game looks good. The animations are on point. Sound and music fit the game.
Like already said the game is really hard. Even level 1 was too hard for me. At one point I've try level 6 just to see what it looks like and it was freezing a lot (web build).
You made a game that fit the theme well. Good job !
@arivaneverdingen I'm glad you had fun with the sheep and that they made your gf laugh! Our game has pretty bad performance even in the engine, it's not just an .exe problem
@baubau HAHA I think maybe if the sheep didn't use their two legs to run off edges, I would think they were brighter. I'm glad you enjoyed it! If we had more time, I would have tried to make the difficulty curve more reasonable -- the levels were originally designed with more controlled sheep behavior in mind, but our final implementation ended up being different. Only level 1 is really designed around the final sheep behavior.
@pndaa Yay, I'm glad you liked those parts of the game! If it helps, the game is more about embracing the chaos of watching sheep fall than actually getting them across islands  The later levels lag even within the engine whoops
What a great game, the art is cute. I like the Shaun the Sheep style of sheep. They are great.
This is a very cute game. Unfortunately you made the sheep even dumber than they are in real life, so the game gets really hard real fast.
I like the idea's simplicity. However, at the current state, the game is frustrating and not really fun: I gave up during the first level. It should be way more responsive and maybe use less sheep (5 instead of 15 or something). The game is pretty self-explanatory, which is good, but the wording in the instructions about "greener places" was confusing, because actually the target area was less green. This should be fixed by proper level design. Anyway, the idea is simple and clear and could be polished into a fun game.
i'm super happy because this was the exact idea i had in mind when the theme came out, but i've finally made something else, and that's SO COOL that i can see a working version of my this idea!!! thank you haha
i felt SO BAD when the sheeps fell :( levels were getting harder and harder, it was super fun and hectic, i loved it! also sheeps and dog sprites were really nice! cool game, good job!
I started out excited because the sound of the sheep barking is great and the sheep really seem to obey, but then it seems like they don't. It's insanely difficult to get just one sheep to get on the straight path to the other island, and when it does, it usually falls into the side hole, and when it doesn't, it stays there and I haven't seen a count that I did anything right. So I was unsure if I should really take them all there. But if taking just one was this suffering, I couldn't try anymore. The graphics are so nice, it looks so cool, but I think the gameplay ends up not working unfortunately, or was it just me
What a cute game, good job!
