Fellow lighthouse enjoyers! :D I think I am stuck in the itch version of the game, nothing was happening after I took control over the turret I liked the style tho!

This looks great and I like the music a lot. but I couldn't play it on the itch version. I can't move with wasd. only the shooting works.
I might not be understanding something, I didn't know what to do after building the tower. Cool art though!
It took me a little while to figure out the mechanic, but once I did, I was impressed! There are lots of different tower types to discover, and I enjoyed putting them together and amassing my army. I also think it has a nice visual look.
This is a very cool tower-defense concept, I like the strategy of having to pick a set of towers that fits onto the raft between waves. I would have liked more information (in game or on the LD page) about what each tower did so I could make a more informed decision then just based on size, I found it hard in the heat of repairing to try and figure out how they worked.
Once I figured out that I could only move around after placing the engineer “tower” I really enjoyed the gameplay loop of this game. Having the re-embarking of the towers be a part of the same timer as repairing was a nice touch, it kept things feeling frantic even after I had overwhelming firepower as I needed to get all those towers loaded up.
I did not discover if there was a victory condition, being taken by the tide and my own hubris, but I enjoyed my time playing this one a lot. Great game, great job!
This was a very good game I liked the pixel art and the game concept was fun to play and interesting, there might be a bug though I passed level 5 I think it was and it jumped to level 7 after level 6 was on screen then my character and buildings seemed to have been teleported out side of the map top left (I was able to shoot to tell where I was) really fun game though :)
Neat!
Took me a few turns to really get a feel for what I was supposed to do, but once I got it down it was quite an addictive little loop.
The stacking/unstacking part at the end feels a bit tedious after a bunch of rounds, not sure if there's a way to make it feel better. Maybe just making the stack area bigger so it's more forgiving with me slamming stuff in there? Or maybe being better about hiding the little struts under the buildings so it's more clear what the correct alignment is.
Also wish there was a health bar (If it's there I missed it?), as it seems damage doesn't heal up between rounds? I know I feel super tanky early on and eventually usually die to a light tap.
Really like this one, nice work!
really cool idea! I like how you lose the towers if you leave them in the tide and that you have to play a tetris-like mini game fitting them onto the raft. As others have said, it was a little unclear in the beginning figuring out what to do with your engineer, but once you figure it out it was a good experience.
It takes a while to get the full idea of the mechanic but it is a fun game, with a good amount of replayability.
once i figured it out it was really neat! i had fun :) would be interested to see where you could take this concept <3
i experienced a bug when wave 10 started. i'd filled up my raft at the end of wave 9 and then the tide came in twice leaving 2 blocks behind and my raft is gone. i was playing on web btw
The graphics feel like the standout here. The ambient music in the background help set the tone as well. However the game seemed a little confusing. I know you have a timer for the countdown for the tide, but I think a smoother visual indicator would help the player realize the tide is coming in, since I was so concentrated on shooting the baddies. The animations were well done, nice entry!
That was a fun little game. A bit of tower defense, with a limited timer mechanic. I was a bit confused at first but after a few try a understood what I was supposed to do. The music was interesting but not sure it really fitted the fast paced gameplay of the game. I would have liked a better tutorial because I missed it at the first try. Good work overall!
It took a bit to understand all the steps I needed to follow, but once I did, I had a lot of fun with this! The art style is really nice, I especially like how the enemies feel varied even though they're small and simple because of the different animations
