Great work. This a game I wish I'd made. I love the cuteness and overall vibe. It took me a bit to realize you could also cross the bridge and find the band aids, I couldn't figure out how to help those guys at first. Are there more levels or just "Gate S1" ?
@slantyoj - Thanks for playing! Yeah, the band-aid box is there to make things a bit more challenging, but definitely see how it's easy to miss. This is the only level unfortunately (ah, darn time constraints!).
looks like the embed in ludumdare has a problem that you cant stop the music while critiquing the game :) Guess I have to listen your music a lot longer...
So wholesome and cozy! Thank you for making this :slight_smile: I kept spamming spacebar a lot while running through all the ghosts, because I wouldnt know who wanted what item. Maybe some permanent change in appearance of the ghosts would help with that. Maybe only after talking to them though, because taking the time to figure out what they need fits the story very well :D

A cute take on a tower defense, it took me a bit to figure out what to do at first mostly due to the first spirits looking dirty and not finding any sort of wash cloth. Once I figured out they needed the bandaides it went smoothly

I do like this, its a version of tower defence that is more passive and I like that. It is quite difficult though. But I had fun!
Overcooked tower defense! It's cute. I was initially confused by the spirit who needed a bandaid, thought it would take a scarf until it didn't.

Appreciate all the feedback everyone! Yeah definitely agree that the band-aid item wasn't the most easy to understand, and wish we had more time to add more levels or additional mechanics.

So cute! I pleased 26 souls and got employee of the month! Loved the graphics and "yayy" sound effects, the gameplay got a bit hectic near the end but I appreciated that it ramped up in difficulty.
