I have the greatest civilization! Amazing game!

This game was way better than i thought, i really enjoyed it and had lots of fun, the progress was quite well thought out and it was satysfing to slowly uncover, build and colonize everything, loved all the feedback you get when you for example had a worker slacking, amazing game!

What a fantastic little game. Great job on the music too, didn't get tired of it the whole time I played. Really love the overview and moving the villagers around to their tasks very satisfying. Could see having this up in a window during work haha. Great job!

Very fun game! I was confused at first but quickly got the hang of it. This reminds me of the early web flash game era of the internet, and this game would've done really well back then. I can see this game being optimized too, I love the idea of speedrunning it.

I got mixed up between the fish and rock icons at first since they're the same color, but that might have been because I hadn't unlocked fishing at the time. All in all it's a great game and I enjoyed playing it!

awesome game! I like the mechanics, simple and straightforward , drag the people to resource , upgrade or build sites, and the process will take care of itself, the challenge of balancing resources and buildings and upgrades gives a good sim/resource management feel to it. It has a good replay value, overall I enjoyed playing this one! congratulations! keep it up!

I love this one! I've played over 90 games from the jam so far, and this one's easily in my top five. Your audio design is fantastic, and the gameplay is intuitive and engaging. I really enjoy the relaxing pace and freedom to poke and prod at the mechanics until you figure out the next step. The in-game help menu was super useful too, and a very nice bit of polish. Great work on this gem, and please do consider making a full version too!

Simple, yet interestin, fun and quite hard. I really like ressource management games and while it took me a bit to figure out how the game works, since the **?** is cut off in the embed on the ldjam page, I had a lot of fun trying to improve my times.

It was fun :) had to get to grips a bit with how it worked, loved the music and the art!

Hello, I am Mrs. akin's student and I would like to say that I really like the game, but I can't move the screen view. I was wondering if I missed something. If I didn't I think you should add that.

noah-kel 2023-01-13 18:25

never mind I see fullscreen! lol.

Such a chill game! I didn't know what to think of the song at first, but after 15 minutes of playtime, it was really growing on me. I think anything more would have gotten repetitive!

I'm impressed by all the systems you generated. The game appears simple, but there's plenty going on behind the scenes, and that made this really interesting to play. I wonder if you could implement some sort of cost for moving people around (time, for instance), because as is, I could easily reallocate people to boost a resource for a split second. That felt a lot more micromanaging than I wanted to do. But it depends on what kind of gameplay you'd like to see!

I love how the map started simple and you revealed more as I progress. That was a great entry and kept me from worrying about "the endgame" from the beginning. Great design, this is an under-sung entry!

My first runthrough. I'm sure I could shave off some time now that I now the tricks. My guess is that below 10 minutes gets you silver. What's gold??

justin-c 2023-01-17 04:35

Neat little resource management game. I beat it in about 16 minutes the first time. I took a break and made a second attempt, and still only beat it in 11 minutes. I'd be curious if anyone but the devs could get gold.

Impressive game! At first I was a bit confused by how it works, but as said by others, hiding advanced "nodes" helps a lot in the beginning. My only criticism would be that some resource icons aren't very easy to see, especially with that dirt background.

Very relaxing resource gathering game! Great homage to the theme! Love the visualizations and the map which slowly reveals itself. Feels so good to get new workers and expand your realm. Good job!
