I loved the title screen and the generally retro atmosphere. The game was also a lot more engaging than most other entries - fun levels, obvious goals that were challenging enough and obvious means to achieve those goals. I def had fun :)
Wow thank you @mihkelroomet :) To be honest after i heard the theme i start making the game and i often say "Harvest...why?" :D However i am proud of it. I really like my game.
This is a great entry! I like that you have a clear game loop that is both chill and challenging and very easy to understand. 2 things I think could be improvements: - A dedicated interact button would make sense, as it would happen a lot that I was on my way to a specific fruit but touched the trigger for the box next to it unintentionally. I would then be stuck with the unwanted fruit until I planted it somewhere - Might just be a bug, but while holding a seed, I was able to trigger the chop animation, but chopping the trees would not work. Maybe consider disabling the animation or allowing tree chopping while holding a seed
But these are just minor things, I enjoyed my few runs a lot. I especially like that everything just grows on trees. I'd love me some strawberry tree in my garden!
Thank you @fabian-denter for your feedback and i will consider this in an update postjam build as you are right : i felt after i published that you should need to hit a button to pickup from Basket :)
The chop animation can be played everytime but yeah - if you have a fruit you cannot chop trees. i might change this too. Currently it is a bug but also a feature as i though "well ok it makes the game a bit more difficult as you need to get rid of the fruit first before you chop" :D But it was more a unintended feature lol.
What is the money used for? I couldnt find how

The theme is really cool as well as the pixel art.The game makes me relaxed.I cannot believe you made it in 48 hours.I love it very much.But it’s a little difficult.When I harvest one eggplant,time is up.Overrall a nice game.Good job!
I have never expected to grow strawberries on a tree :laughing:. Love the graphics and that retro-ish aesthetic!
Cute game, the UI text being on top of another was a little graphical quirk that I noticed there, but otherwise a nice relaxing experience of growing and fighting 'the harvest' to get it. for Extra comical effect, should have given the character a giant battle-axe to chop down the tree/harvest.
Sound was quite relaxing also and overall experience was pleasant!
This game is beautiful, I really enjoyed playing it ! Well done !
Though the whole gameplay is a bit short, there's still great fun to explore. Anyhow, i like it!
Finally a farming game.
Nice game! simple but fun. I liked the graphics, they were very polished and everything fitted together perfectly, well done! The music was also good and the sfx. I really can't provide more feedback, as it I think it everything is very simple and straightforward. Well done!
Good game, nice simple to understand UI. Solid gameplay loop, plus the graphics and sound are great too
Over all I love this game.....I feel some place are to fair from the bucket otherwise I played more then 10mins

Cool little game! I like it. Some feedback:
- First I was not sure why I could not chop down the crops. But then I saw that it was not working while holding a seed. Maybe that could have been more appearent. - The music is very well done - The last level could have been more interesting if the plot all the way at the bottom would not exist. Then the player has to come up with a good plan on what to grow when. - The name I don't really get. Because this is a farmer game right? :-)

@wouter52 thank you for your feedback. - yeah i should really indicate that better. - I think it is a good idea to remove the holes down in the last level (they way is also too long to use them properly :)). - The name was originaly "not yet another farmer again" (just "not again another farmer game") but i forgot the yet lol :D And noticed that too late haha.
Really cute pixel art! Had a similar issue above, with not realising I couldn't chop while holding a seed. Was fun having the plots change around and having to adapt to that!

Really liked the art and the music
Pretty cool, it'd make it easier if you were able to drop something you accidentally picked up, in the early levels the 'seeds' are just laying on the floor. Later on when time is a valuable resource, and every second counts, mistakenly picking up the wrong fruit can cost the level.
@johnnysix good point - i noted it for the next version.
