This is awesome! I love how self-descriptive things are, visually ~~(except maybe the shockwave timer?)~~ and all the graphics/telegraphing feel super natural.

The subtle screen shake is great, and the "shattering" effect is awesome as well!

EDIT: The shockwave timer is telegraphed as well, oops!

Fun to play! The gameplay is simple and the graphics are simple, but the way you show the health bars and charging is cool. Keep up the good work!

I really liked this game. It's fun and fast without being hectic, a nice sweat spot. The simple graphics fit really well for the gameplay and I especially liked the faded out remains of enemies - it gave a great sense of progress (in addition to the green blob filling the turret). Another great thing about your game for me was the tutorial, because it's placed really naturally inside the first round and isn't a textbox somewhere (nothing wrong with that, it's just nice to see something different ^^). Solid game, well done!

Simple and good. Proof that you don't need a lot to create a very fun game. Plus, I am always a fan of non-engine games. The art style is very fitting with a clear design language and the animations are well done. I only wish it had a few sound effects when shooting and hitting.

I liked to play that game, and though the graphics are simple, i really liked the artstyle

Simple game play but works well. I just wish you had some audio

This was fun, I enjoyed it! The main problem I had is that all of the weapons just felt too similar to each other. The strategy seemed to be "click as fast as possible" for all of them.

Nice smooth arcade game! The different types of enemies and weapons made for a fun balance. Would have really loved to have some sound effects, and a bit of music. Graphics and lingering broken enemies are a nice touch.

That gets really tough at the end, but I finally did it. It takes a little bit to figure out what the symbols mean (the gun, progress, gun timer, gun temperature, shockwave timer), since the tutorial only includes l/r mouse. It would be useful to add that stuff to the tutorial.

You did a lot with circles and triangles here. The enemies were pretty varied, and I can strategize based on the size + type of circle. That's really well done. The player's cracks to indicate lives were a nice touch. The weapon heat vs enemies coming were well balanced. There's a lot of strategy required to beat this, balancing between the enemy proximity and the tools at your disposal. On top of looking cool, the enemy remains show a history of how I played. I see how far away I chose to kill the enemies, and I used that to tweak my playstyle to eventually beat the game. Well done.

Great small shooter game. Love to play to this game. Good Job

Nice shooter, I liked the simple graphics style and the fast pace

Great game. Simple graphics work very well and the remains of the enemies create a pretty background. The difficulty ramps up very nicely. A score display would make this even better and more replayable.

The most impressive thing is that you actually made all this using plain javascript.

I loved the visual "language" of this game. The way your HP was show as cracks, the way enemies' HP was different sprites, the way the different sprites showed which gun,the way overheating looked. I had a great time playing - thanks for jamming!
