Oof, got to 72. Interesting concept and well presented. Perhaps a different mechanic for healing wounds and infections would make the game a little more interactive since I figured out I could just hold down Q to keep the wounds healed. I liked the art and the goofy little things he had to say, well done!
makes me think of an old creepy online experience where you played as a cell which had to consume the cells of a sibling ... creepy and interesting, with some sound track this could be a sort of management game about avoiding to get sick

Nice game! The things are really getting difficult after 70 :P I was able to keep Dave alive till 73. Also, Dave must be extremely clumsy :) Cool art style.
Unique concept! If you add a currency and a shop, I could see this being expanded into a cookie-clicker type game.
Nice game, I like the concept. I got to age 73. I feel that the game starts a little bit slow. I'd increase the difficulty sooner so that it is more challenging.
Cool game! The graphics are nice, although it could've used some music, and a bit more going on in the background. Also, it got chaotic very fast and started lagging XD
What the hell did I just play? :') Had fun giving all my heart to save Dave from the virus invasion anyway! Great fun!

When I understand that I could spam 'Q' and 'W' and just click the occasional virus the game became really easy. But before that I was a bit chaos ^^
+ I like your choice for this years theme. + I like how the viruses don't always go straight for the path to the brain to give it spontaneity. + I like the dialogue for poor Dave
- Adding music and sound effects can enhance the gameplay a bit. - Adding a title screen - Either adding a voice or increase the size of the font for Dave's dialogue - Adding in a tutorial to help explain what the "W" key actually does - Add in more features as a bonus like a 'z-pack' to purge all the viruses for that instant
Stuff starts getting so real when the viruses clump together. Well done. You got a lot done in such a short amount of time.
@vixenmink thanks a lot for all the feedback, that is definitely usefull and something i will keep in mind if i ever get to making this into a real game. Writing out a detailed comment like that takes a long time, so thanks for taking the time to understand, play and rate the game.
