Such a fun game! Thought it wasn´t going to get harder but the progression surprised me. Congrats for creating it

Nice 2-minute play-anytime game. Found myself frantically tapping 5 asteroids at once (with 5 fingers  ). I like the graphics for the background, satellites, and explosion particles. The larger asteroids could use a visual indicator to how damaged they are. Didn't count against you, but the app is just called "LD50". You can rename it and add an app icon in the Unity project settings. Still, good job! I'll be keeping this on my phone.
Nice polish on a well executed concept.
Hey ! No bug on Windows well done. You just forgot a key (or didn't find) to close the game. Appreciate the explosions (I will check that in source code). Red blocks are terrible. If you add smileys in some Rock and laught sound I'm sure your nice will appreciate
Enjoyed it a lot! I only managed to get to top 4 though (7000 points), I'll give it a retry other day. Simple mechanics but nicely implemented. VFX are lit!
A decent 'clicker' game. To be entirely honest it's lacking some originality or a unique element (as far as that's possible nowadays) to make it interesting enough to play more than once, but in the spirit of the game jam it's great that you created a fully functional game and it was pretty fun to play despite me not being really into this genre!
I'm not sure whether I was supposed to click the satellites though, they appeared to damage the shield when destroyed, no matter how far away they were? (Oh.. and while writing this and checking the description I do see you mentioned it above, it's easy to miss!) I also appear to have lost some shield sections off-screen but I'm not entirely sure about that, since they disappear with a little bit of a delay.
Although I thought the connection to the theme was a bit loose (since theoretically it should be possible to just keep defending the earth forever) that was definitely overshadowed by the really fun gameplay! I think the particle effects are really what stood out most to me, especially given that it's a compo game. Also, the fact that it has a working global leaderboard is really impressive, and the progression is also done very nicely. Good job!
Fun little game! Played the windows version, didn't know it would submit high scores to a global leaderboard so I'm currently topping it as 'a' with 9230 points. Things got pretty brutal at the end lol, with dozens of red asteroids combined with a few humongous chonkers.
Some improvements could be done with sounds, more variety etc, and perhaps an audio cue when a new one spawns? Other than that I don't have much else to say, your game does what it's supposed to do quite well :D
edit: Oh I didn't realize the satellites were good. I saw the beam and assumed it was an attack, then I clicked it, and then a shield dropped so I assumed it was bad
Play on windows. No probleme but the screen is in landscape compared to portrait mode. I don't know how it's suppose to play on mobile.
Good game for kids!
Nothing super new, but it's still a simple and fun little jam game.
Wow 21st LD. The explosions are really satisfying! No problems on Windows, except closing a game with ALT+F4 :P Good job with the game!
