Neat idea! The ending gurgle sound effect is... brutal :-)
Simple game idea that just works. My thoughts after playing this is that the item falling should start slow and then com faster and faster as you learn to master the game. I like the artstyle. Good entry.

+ Good fit of the theme + Nice music, quite catchy (except for the horrifying death sound, which I guess makes sense) + Nice and simple concept and core game mechanic
+ I am not a big fan of the graphics in this game. This is not really a bad thing, but more of a personal preference, but I do feel that they could be better. I don't necessarily mean better drawn, but they could also be more minimalistic or 8bit-like. However, I do think that they currently fit the music quite well, in some way :smile: + Some items are quite frustrating to catch, especially the needle. I don't know if that was done on purpose to have some more difficult items, but I do feel some items are just a bit too hard to catch. I think some extra padding around them for clicks would be a nice addition while not making the game too easy.
The first impression of the game is quite nice, but I don't feel there is a lot of replayability there. I cannot exactly pinpoint why I feel that but after a couple runs, I couldn't bring myself to go for a better high score. I think it could be that the game feels to lack some depth and complexity and the core mechanic, although nice, lacks the addictiveness / polish to carry the game on its own. I do however, think the game can give quite a lot more with a bit of polish.

Cool music! I like the art style a lot, too. Nice and simple. I like it. My only complaint would be grabbing mechanic, sometimes it felt like is not registering click, so hit boxes could have been more generous. Beside that good job!
Haha sound for this was great! Really smart to make the heart bpm match the music, and also give it that sense of urgency. I found it a bit hard to grab stuff, but liked how the doctor told you what you needed to get. Nice one!

chaotic and fun
after a while it becomes really impossible to continue playing, maybe add some kind of power up to make the game more exciting some times~ just to make it more spicy
But it's a really simple and complete game~ good job!!!
