Lots of fun! The music was nice and I appreciate that debris does not hurt you if you touch the top of it. Took a minute to figure out that you really need to move by gliding, rather than walking. Great stuff! :D

It took a few tries, but eventually I got the hang of the controls. I really didn't feel like the dodge was particularly helpful so I mostly ignored it, but the game was fun!
Nice little game! I loved how you animated the player character, it has so much charm and character! The hat system was also a cute addition. The game itself was a bit cumbersome, though. The floaty controls are the main issue. Next jam, spend some time making sure the player character feels nice and responsive, and your game becomes 10x more fun! I'd also add a little screen displaying the controls - you can even add the text straight into the level. Not everyone reads the controls screen on your submission/itch page - I know I didn't at first ^^
This was a solid entry, game play wise I didn't run into any bugs which is an impressive feat in itself. It's quite short but sweet, I did fumble about until I scrolled down and actually read the controls but once I did I get the hang of them pretty quickly! Cheese hat was my favourite, thanks for the entry and keep up the good work!
A neat little idea, took me a second that the hats protect you, but once I figured it out I tried to collect them all. I wish I could have been able to stack more than 3 hats, but it would have made the game harder by giving me a bigger hitbox or something. And maybe once you reach the end, you have a score based on amount of hats you bring with you. Just spitballing here⦠I think there is some cool stuff to be done with this.
Really nice little game! Played it through a few rounds and noticed that the length of it varied by quite a lot which is a cool concept for replayability but I got one where the goal was two platforms before me which didn't quite feel like a challenge, haha. Really like the hats, great addition, every game needs hats! :D
Had a great time stacking hats XD! The lack of a jump is counter-intuitive at first, but made a lot of sense once the controls clicked for me. Well done on this project! :)
Cute game. The graphics are really well-made. Music and controls are fine too. It was fun to play. I'd prefer not to have lives as hearts, only as hats :) Good job with the game.
My initial impression was the movement speed was a bit slow, but as i played longer i think it fits the gameplay well.
Nice little game, it feels weird at first to not jump, but I get it pretty quickly. Nice work.
Would be cool if we could wear more hats, and collecting them would give us points at the end of the game, that would push me to gather more of them. The controls were okay, maybe a little too slow when walking, and as someone wrote before, the dodge didn't seem to do much. The music and art was nice, and the animation on getting hit was cute. Overall I had fun, wish it was a bit longer! ;)
Nicely executed game. Good visual style with polish.
Dodge didn't seem to do anything for me - except once it did some kind of spinning around on the spot animation - so I'm not sure what it was supposed to be used for. I found it a little frustrating that you had so little warning of an object falling on you and that your ability to move out the way was so limited. However, that may have been the point and part of the challenge of the game so I'm offering this a merely my opinion and not a criticism of the game.
