Overall a good concept, felt like it lacked a tutorial or some explanation on how to play the game, i just felt lost with no idea of what each thing did and suddenly some purple blocks just appeared and started destroying things. The graphics look nice, the UI could use some work specially the menu, but the graphics of the game were pretty good. Felt like it lacked a little on the sound since it has no music at all and just has some SFX. Could be a fun game with a little more work and explanation

Fun game once I got the hang of it; I think an in-game tutorial (instead of walls of text) would've been nice, though.

Good job overall! I love the graphics.

Realyl really hard, i also think that a in-game tutorial would be really useful, also it took me a long time to realy undertand how cannons work. Overall nice idea i like how i had to really crank up the apm at some points.

I liked the concept of the game! Bit difficult to figure out but a good entry overall!

P.S. I recommend playing, rating and commenting on some other games, that way people get to see your game on the Ludum page!

A nice entry! Really liked the graphics and animations, and the sound effects fitted the cute, diorama aesthetic. I think a few tutorial levels would have been nice so you could have learnt the mechanics in game. I also think some more UI elements (for example, having an indicator so you know when your cannons are going to fire and the corruption would spread) would remove some frustration from the game. I forgot that the objective was to make a rocket rather than fight off the corruption, so I had the state below for ages before remembering!

The idea behind the game is very good! its just alot to take for the first time but thats kinda unavoidable :)

Nice concept, as others have said though, a tutorial would be a big help. After going back to read more of the instructions and stopping losing within 30 seconds every time it got a lot more fun!

Tricky game, this one - I kept finding that, by the time I found out what directions the corruption would be coming from, I'd already put down too much expensive infrastructure in places I wouldn't be able to hold. Maybe I just need to think more strategically? Apart from that, though, I enjoyed this one! Very nice low-poly visual style, and a lot more ambition than most LD games. Well done!

Good idea, the graphics reminds me alot of ISLANDERS. it was pretty hard to figure out in the beginning what to do exactly, and perhaps some sort of tutorial or tips would be a good addition:)

Tuto would be nice as other suggested. Maybe it is because I didn't understand everything but I feel like there is too much randomness. The camera could be improved to be able to move around just a bit. Also when tiles are behind the UI they can't be clicked (I guess that is part of why it is recommended to play fullscreen but this should be fixed somehow). Apart from that the graphics and sound effect are nice and the idea is cool. Good job.

I really enjoyed this game. The artwork looks great. As others have mentioned it took a little while to figure out how to progress. I could see this concept being flushed out as a turn based strategy game. After each move the corruption can tick and the player can weigh the best placement of their next building/action.

I really like the graphics, the sounds effects are nice but the game could do with some music. The gameplay was simple but worked well enough. If I click on a tile towards the bottom of the screen it would be nice if the menu appeared above the mouse instead of below, sometimes it's completely off the screen and I wonder why nothing happened :).

Great game with a really enjoyable loop! It took me some tries to win as the corruption is quite fast, but at the end I got the right amount of cannons to repel it. Games can be polished to no end but here is a few suggestions: - Highlighting elements which the player will select. Often I selected the wrong cube. - Showcasing which tiles will be "eaten" by corruption next. And maybe even a small timer. It is not fun to not know where the enemy will strike next. - There is no need for zoom. In such a strategy game its best to see as much as possible. The game starts with camera zoomed in and it takes a few precious seconds to zoom out (the corruption is coming!). - Showcasing which tiles are affected by the cannons. I had many cannons yet the corruption was always faster. I was not sure if the cannons were hitting just the nearby tiles. Also without animation it was unclear if they were hitting anything at all.

All in all, I was really hooked for some time as I was trying to launch that rocket! :)
