Looks super hexagon inspired! It was fun, but basically impossible to die unless you rush it. To make it more challenging, you could make it so the player has to press enter within a set time frame or they'd lose. A fun experience overall!

Very good! so simple, you get hooked :) couldn't get past 21 depth.

Maybe there could be some incentive/reward to go faster, maybe giving extra points per depth depending on how fast you succeeded? Maybe have score separately or next to depth counter? Anyways, that was nice.

While it's simple I really like the design and the way the camera zooms in after successfully completely a layer. Very cool!

Cool game!

Nice visual!

* The transition between layer could be smoother to keep the player in a flow state * Is there a reason no take your time ? Maybe have a combo effect when you traverse layer in quick succession. Or a timer to go through rings

I wish there was more audio than just the "beep" sound, and maybe some progression reward for diving deeper and deeper. This was really neat though.

Doesn't load. :frowning2:

I really enjoyed your game. An original way to interpret the theme.

@eboatwright Hi, can you provide some details like what OS you are currently on and what browser you use? I'd like to fix this issue

dom-de-re 2021-04-29 09:30

I like where the concept is going, there's a lot of potential for further development!

Beautifully Simple Concept. Nice Job!

I played this for 30 seconds and I already love it. Very clever interpretation of the theme. I wish there was a bit more too it though, music (or any sound at all for that matter) would be great. The screenshake polish you have is great but I think I would have liked a bit more rewarding effects for succeeding, particles, fanfare, etc.

Hey, that's an amazing game for your first jam!

It's a well executed simple game that implements the theme. I enjoyed playing it for much longer than most other games.

Great job!

Unity didn't want to load on my chrome nor firefox but I like how you were able to recover and make this for your game

paul-nadan 2021-05-11 03:56

This was really nicely executed, the graphics look so clean! I think it could use some fast-paced background music and time pressure to make it feel less passive. Still a simple and elegant entry, nice work!
