Pretty unique game! I love the graphics :)
Really like the visuals for this game; they set a great atmosphere. I like the idea of navigating by launching yourself around, but I found it a lot easier to just use the propulsion from the gun, so I wound up using that instead. I also wasn't sure what was damaging me all the time (I assume it has something to do with bumping into walls). Overall, a solid entry. Nice work!
Love the graphics and the fact it is generated procedurally ! Pretty cool game
Nice little game, lovin the mechanics but maybe tell players somehow that you could pull a little bit and launch a short distance, instead of go all the way.
This game is cool! I thought that since the gun makes you move, the click and drag thing is kind of redundant.
Cool experience to dive into the deep!
Nice game. Really nice work with the random level.
I love good-looking water, so this game caught my attention. And indeed, this is a very nice-looking game with beautiful water.
Game-design-wise, however, I have to say something similar to others. The submarine launcher has a lot of power, with a full drag being able to launch you really far. The problem here is that much of the time you'll be going through twisted and narrow corridors, and doing big launches would just make you bump into walls and lose precious life energy. To not bump into walls, you have to make pretty tiny launches often. Or you can just use the gun recoil, because that also moves you, and it does so at a rather comfortable speed, making the launching a bit redundant.
Don't get me wrong, this game left a nice impression on me, especially the visuals, but I just wish the game mechanics were a bit better thought out.
The visuals on this one are really special. Congratulations on the procedurally generated levels, it works really well. I know you used pre-made audio assets but they are very well used, not a lot of people can do that right, so implementation: good.
@twospaces-sg, @zachsbutt, @cuoshen, @superpokeunicorn, @mero thank you for your feedback, guys. I am really appreciate it. I'm planning to develop this game and may be publish it on mobile platforms so your feedback is valuable for me.
I first tried to start the exe without extracting the archive, it actually startet but was really glitchy. After extracting it worked like a charm :D
I love the randomly generated levels and the consistent graphics style. Every aspect of this game is of pretty high quality and it all fits together smoothly. The sound effects play a big part in creating this underwater atmosphere and i especially liked the details, how the camera zooms out when you prepare for a faster movement
All in all one of the best entries ive seen so far. Approved.
The game is fun really nice feedbacks and sound. take damages by the wall is "weird" nice concept and i think a minimap could be great too. good work =)
Yo great idea and art. So adorable. Great work and my congratulations <3
nicely done, but boring
@handsomeshan Probably it is because of lack of content. I will try to develop this game.
Overall a solid game, my only critique is that the control feel a bit awkward. Other than that, loving the style and atmosphere!
Pretty nice game with cool graphics
Tip for other players: much easier to control yourself with just shooting
Cool graphics for the water, the mechanic of moving is interesting but shooting gives more control for moving somehow. Sound design is good and seems accurate, it's a nice foundation. Good job !
Really great visuals, especially the water. Sound effects fit really well, would be nice to add some ambient music as well. Controls are interesting but currently there is not much point in using the launcher and just using backfire from shooting is easier. One wild idea would be to make this game turn-based and limit the number of turns. So it's gonna be something like golf in a very unusual setting. Overall, the game mechanics felt pretty smooth and it was fun to play through several levels. Amazing job for a solo game! Looking forward to see it as a complete mobile game.
Very nice visuals or I'm just a sucker for caustic effects fake or not :) I found that it's much easier to just use cannons for manouvering as it does not drain fuel and is much easier than main way of navigation :)
