Best take on a minesweeper game I've seen in a long time, and probably the only minesweeper/minecraft mashup I've ever seen. Ran smooth as butter in the browser on my laptop. Controls were intuitive when I figured out I could click inside the window to capture the mouse. It was good fun and fit with the theme.

This was fantastic! Plus points for gramophone!

thorpalsson 2021-04-27 15:40

10/10 would explode again

Oh I really love the game idea. Showing an icon mine sweaper game in complitely new version, amaizing. Game feels good however the background music while breaking the tiles could be a bit more distinctive. Overall well done!

Wow. I'm impressed. You literally blew me away ;) Great game! I managed to complete shaft 3 after a few tries and after I understood that the mines are only counted in layers. Maybe you could explain this a bit more. Or did I miss something? The best part of the game was the audio when breaking blocks. I really liked this sounds!

Very nice game. Although it was pretty hard for me. Died 2 times in shaft one - "VeRy EaSy". But still a super cool game, once you figure out what you are supposed to do. Good job!

Really great playing experience, the combination of minecraft and minesweeper gave this title a very unique way to play and control. But one of the best things in this game was his dark atmosphere with the ambiant black fog for example. The only thing i disliked is that there is too few levels :D. The ending was also quite fun and unexpected

I absolutely loved it! It is visually simple and not distracting, sound design is really great. The idea is truly amazing. Also, I think the hint at level 2 should be at level 1. It's not that obvious and it makes life muuuuch easier :D

I love the idea, really clever. Downside is... I suck. One of my favourites so far, well done!

eugenik 2021-04-28 12:59

Very good looking game !.

timsymagnus 2021-04-28 15:33

I know I'll never beat the inspiration game, yet still enjoyed this. From the sound the blocks make to repeatedly scaring myself randomly breaking blocks and them... BOOOM! Awesome idea and execution!

eharp 2021-04-29 22:39

Love it as a new take on Minesweeper. I also really liked the sound design and overall aesthetics.

rayo 2021-04-30 01:27

Very fun and clever idea to take minesweeper and put it in an actual 3D mine :D

corruptor2037 2021-05-02 15:21

So addictive and fun, love it But maybe minesweeper is not working very great in 3d, because you don't see the full picture. It's more about luck than solving, especially the hard level

ditam 2021-05-02 19:18

Oh hello there Mine Shaft, my entry is called Mineshaft :)

You have a very innovative game here, well done!

chrissx2 2021-05-03 23:47

Thats an actually interesting take on minesweeper. I managed to get to the shaft with the 9 on the cube >.<

rhoka 2021-05-10 07:50

Very neat idea! I absolutely loved the random note from a scale when breaking the blocks and I just wanted to keep smashing a bunch of them. I know you highlight the block in red when it is selected but even just adding a dot in the center of the screen would help a lot with the understanding of exactly what I'm looking at, especially when a mis-click can kill you. I like to think I'm fairly decent at minesweeper, but I found in these circumstances it was quite difficult and I never felt like I really had enough information to be sure about which block to break. I admit, on the third shaft I just said f__k it and dug straight down through hoping I would not hit 3 bombs. Died once but actually made it though on the second attempt so I know I didn't *really* earn my victory. But nonetheless I did enjoy your ending!

Also...

...**nice**.

This is a very cool take on the minesweeper, and it comes at during my inesweeper mania period. IMO the game would greatly benefit from a crosshair, and the sound of mining gets very annoying quickly, but i really loved the funny posters at the start of each level! 5/5.

Hahaha this is great :D
