Hard to understand, I have played 5 times and I don't understand what happen with the temperature. I added 2-3 air employers but keeps decreasing.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD48 → Deep Team

great sounds and visuals!
Things I liked: - sounds are great and perfect for the game - good interpretation of the team - love the paper mario influence - great little puzzler/management game
Improvement: - I got the feeling that the units actually working weren't the full set of "team ready" pool; so better representing who will actually be working in the next shaft would be helpful
Bugs: - didn't notice any
@budark I have change some mechanics yesterday, I replace the temperature feature by happiness, and rework the recruitement phase
Anyway thanks all for your feedbacks :v:
I will Try again then
This game is really cool. I love the art style and the atmosphere of being in the mine
Loved the style and mood of the game! Great sounds and graphics!
It's a nice little game! Felt a bit strange that expenses grow and sometimes I have to promote a worker to a manager even if I don't want to. Also, how does on spend endlessly accumulating money? And decide, who shall go to the next shift?
@firellon thanks for the feedback! Well I totally agree with you, we don't have enought choice on what's going on, and the money management is a little confusing, and useless
Decide who shall go to the next shift will be nice, you are right. I will consider adding some options, I wanted to have some randomness about the team composition, but today it's totally random yeah ^^"
This was a really great looking game and the sfx you chose were a good match. The options on each level seemed very limited, which made it hard for me to strategize to keep my workers happy and safe. Since there were limited choices, I don't know what I would do differently if I were to play it again to do better.
I didn't understand the advantages of promoting someone to manager. Does it make them more effective at their job? Are there tradeoffs?
There was no economic pressure. The cost for advanced units was very low in comparison to the amount of money I was making.
I love the look and the sounds of the game, but the gameplay is hard to understand, i need other employees and i dont decide when i can contract and i have minerals but i dont know where use it :c :sob:
Hello! Congratulations on completing your game! The graphics and sound effects are super cute! My only feedback is to know a bit more about what the goal is. That wasn't obvious to me, other than working to get resources from the mine. I think it's a cool team balancing game! Nice work!
It seems like I'm alone with this but I get this error message, both when running the game locally through the itch.io client and through my web browser. It probably have something to do with itch but I though I'd share it anyway.
I'm running it on a Mac.
Looks like a fun game btw! Cheers :)

I like the graphics and the sound effect. I really like the idea of chosing who I am going to pick on the next shift. However, the dificulty could be increased and the pay for each person could be increase will make you choose more carefuly. But overall good game, well done!
Wonderful little game, simple but fun!
@jason-wilson The manage have a little impact on the production rate, but currently this is more a malus than a bonus xD I think I will need to add an event that allow some reorganization.
@ian-leguizamon007 Yeah, there is always two possibilies between a base worker and a specialist, totally agree with you this is frustrating when we don't have the right guy ^^"
@caramelcode Yes I didn't have the time to polish the experience, maybe I will add some goals or success to complete. I also thinking about add some shop or progression tree to unlock new team guy :)
@kingslee142 Thanks for your feedback !
@nabo369 Thank you !
@0x01f0 I will look a it, but yes I think this is related to itch.io :/
Very cool game! Animations are simple but so smooth, I like it! I was a little confused about how the shifts work during the first run, but got to Level 19 on the second run. Overall really really cool, though I would have liked to refuse a promotion sometimes :D
Btw: The "start the day" button on fullscreen was not visible for me. Not sure if it is because of my display resolution or something like that.
The concept of the game was pretty cool. An introduction to the mechanics would have been nice, but I figured it out pretty fast. But I got to the point, were all my workers got promoted and no one worked anymore. I also couldn't hire more people. Maybe you should add the possibility to not promote someone or expand your team. Besides that, great game, the graphics and animations were adorable. I managed to reach level 32
I like this concept. I do however did not know the impact I was having with each phase I was going through. Good job on the visuals and mechanics though.
This is very interesting ! The game plays nicely but there may be missing a few key information in the UI or the description. For example, I wasn't sure if (and how) I was able to select team members. At first i thought the two teams would just rotate but actually it looks like only the first five or 6 person available can go to work the next day. This lead to some day where there was actually no workers available. Given that, the manager promotion kinda felt like a punishment but maybe i didn't understood something correctly. The sound effect match very well what happens on screen and I had a good time playing it. Good job ! :)
Really cool game. Visuals and tone were well done. I would have liked to see more information about how each employee was affecting my team stats.
