damn the game is really fun! the thing I like i the cat/jaguar animal one uses.... the movement feels so natural. The only thing I never got to understand is what to do with the photos after I took em. Still it was a nice experience.
Game design at the highest level. I don't quite understand what is required of me, but overall not bad. The models are also cool.
Wow, amazing art and colors guys!
Models and environment look very well done. Impressive for a jam! Managed to take photos, tried to give it to the pigeon but no reaction, so gameplay-wise not clear as stated above. Still movement was smooth, art and music were great and I enjoyed the experience. Great work!

A fun little experience  Controls were a bit clanky at times, but all in all, I a had quite enjoyable little adventure!
why setup.exe guys?
and default setup location is program files
not nice
Y did it require an installer tho? also the game looks really good, also how did you get those animal animations just righttt? I wasnt concentrating on taking photos I was just.. walking running and jumping being amazed by those walk and run animations
really like visuals
not a fan of this gameplay though)
input and sounds are kinda jerky
mouse sensivity ftw
Cat is very nice, very pettable! thank you for making this!

Great game. Cute mechanics, just the mouse control was a bit weird. The visuals are amazing, and the animations are nice.

Definitely 5 stars on mood. The graphic is SUPER good, I wonder did you make all of this or it just preset from other projects but I don't care, it look super moody and I like it. Great job.
I love the idea of this game, and it has some great vibes with all the strewn skeletons and that background music. The animation is incredible too! But I did find the camera finnicky near walls, and whatever you used to detect if the desired objects are in the image seemed to work very inconsistently.
The game feels like it's full of secrets, especially with those adorable cosmetic items laying around. I also love how the mechanics incentivize you to observe the world around you instead of just moving through it. That being said, I still have no idea where the guitar is; after five minutes of looking, I took random pictures of the area and one of them just worked.
Overall this is a very cute game. Good job!
@baconn00 thank you for input! We had most assets beforehand and that is the reason we don't compete in graphic. But for this game we made whole level design, lighting and mood setup so thank you so much :)
@eden-shazar thank you for feedback, we know there is a lot of polish to be added and we will try our best to fix it. P.S. Follow the green light for the guitar :)

Very interesting! But I seem to have some small bugs, lifting the camera when the animal disappeared! That said, I like the style of this picture, I really did not think it could be so realistic.
@zhi Which animal disappeared? Could you describe exactly when/how the bug happened if you have the time?

Really solid level of polished on graphics. The animation is smooth, LD is on point. I just got a little bit iritated by the footstep sound which is quite high and sounds too hard for a felin. Good entry overall. I got stuck with the guitar picture, took it but the little guy never unlocked the next level. We could have some highligh for the other characters as some of them are quite difficult to spot in some areas.

Nice mood and some solid lighting and level design. I loved the fact that I could dress up the cat!

Singularity at it's finest :D Untitled.png
Cool game, cool low poly models. Liked the colors of the environment and the gameplay. Then... I got stuck.
I really feel like this could be a fantastic game. I loved exploring the world, picking up random hats, and getting in and out of places. It just needs some polish, and expanding on what you already have.
First, it's frustrating that I couldn't go back to previous areas. I tried crawling through and it wouldn't let me. Second, there are places where it looks like I should be able to crawl through, or jump over, and I just hit a wall. That's frustrating. You might use bramble bushes in between all the random stuff to fill out the blockades.
I wanted broken doors and open windows so that I could go inside buildings and explore. I wanted to be able to use that crawl mechanic more.
As for the sound, I really didn't like the sound of walking. Maybe it was just too loud, but I found it annoying. I also felt the cat was too slow. Personally I feel the sprint should have been the regular speed, and sprint a bit faster. The jump could use a bit more work, too, an ability to jump a little shorter.
I really enjoyed the game, and I hope you work it some more to make it into a full game.
I loved the ambience and the dynamics, just amazing
One of my friends taht we work with during game jams always wanted to make a Photography-related game for a Game Jam but we were always lacking resources to do so. And here it is, a Photo Cat, a game we wanted to make but never were able to! :3 It's amazing, I love the concept and the animals, the photo mechanics and choosing glasses and hats was a nice addition as well. 5/5 for me :star:
Really nice concept and I love the models and overall style. I had fun jumping about and enjoyed the conversations with the first two animals. But I got stuck at the pigeon as I couldn't give him the photo, and once I'd dropped it he did not acknowledge it and I couldn't pick it up again :( I would have liked to see more and I hope you will further develop this game post-jam. Great work overall though - well polished.

I really enjoyed playing this game. Nice original idea. Low poly graphics are really nice. Animation and game dynamics are on point. To make such a game in 48 hours was very demanding and I really admire whole team. Keep working on this game and make it playable for hours.
