Hi there,
the itch page is behind a password. Can you notice me when pasword is removed? I really want to try this one
Interesting idea. Not bad for a clicker. The upgrades were kind of downgrades (at least the first one) - and it was a little unclear as to how to win, but it was still pretty good overall!
While the concept is good, I feel that the mechanics are too simplistic. Furthermore, I was somewhat confused what I am supposed to do at first, a tutorial would help.
Really nice cookie cliker type of game. Great graphics and sound, but i don't see how it fits the theme. Great work!
I totally agree with the comments above, I didn't fully understand what I was doing apart from just clicking everything
I don't see how this is connected to the theme at all
I feel like this is very far from the theme
This game is going to give me a repetitive strain injury, I got as far as unlocking all areas and the death bar at the bottom was too low for me to have the motivation to carry on sorry. The art looks nice and clean though.
Really cool idea. ideal for a clicker game. would be great if progress was somehow more rewarding. But the UI is very good and the game is very addictive. Congratulations :)
I agree with the other comments i didn't know how i could win and also i don't really see a connection to the theme, but other than that the game looked really cool and with a bit more work it would make for a really cool clicker game.
The transparent mouths were mesmerizing to watch haha. Thanks for the game.
The game was fun once I figured out how, but trying to figure it out took awhile since there was nothing to say how to play the game.
Love the graphics, audio, and overall theme of the game. I agree with others that a tutorial would be nice.
Interesting interpretation of the theme. I like the direction you guys chose.
It took me a while to realize how to win, and after I did I realized I could win without upgrades by just pooling viruses in the beginning (and it was faster to win this way too).
Some clearer instruction and perhaps a virus spreading mechanic would have benefited the game.
Great UI and graphics! The WebGL compilation was also a blessing! It was difficult to understand what you were supposed to do. In the beginning I thought that the meter in the bottom of the screen must not get too high, so you have to slowly but surely infect more people just like in the Pandemic game without causing any trouble. After clicking hundreds of times the buttons and after getting all of the "upgrades", I was confused what I'm supposed to do now. Then I saved up on all the different virus types and finished the game.
Couple of suggestions: - Make small sound for clicking the buttons - Upgrades and unlocks give you passive income of the virus - Only loosely connected to the theme, maybe you could have changed the graphics for a mine of similar and unlock new parts of the mine
Nice game, with only tiny bit of effort this would be a fully fledged game in Steam/Appstore/Play Store.
Cute clicker game about getting people infected. Was a bit confused as to how to win as there was no tutorial, but once I figured it out, it wasn't too hard to beat. I think this game would be more engaging with some sort of timer. Like if the people were developing a cure that you needed to win before they developed it. Either way, good work!
Like others, I didn't see any connection to the theme, but I'm not bothered by that at all. The main problem I had with it is that the "narrative" is underdeveloped. What is my motivation for spreading the (3 kinds) of viruses? Am I the virus? Am I a bio-terrorist? Am I a vengeful/trickster God?
The title "who runs the world" really compounds this issue. Is this about COVID conspiracy theories? Am I big pharma? Is this making light of the pandemic? Or maybe it's supposed to be an absurdist take on it? As the game's developer, what is your relationship to this topic?
Any direction would be okay, if it were supported. I'm not trying to say what a game about viruses *should* be about, but by not making it clear what the point of this is, or what it's trying to say (if anything) about *infecting people with a deadly virus on the subway*, the whole thing just feels like it was done in extremely poor taste.
Really nice clicker game, but I need more upgrades
