Really like the graphics are really cool.
the graphics look so cool and neat! unfortunately right click to pick up function was really buggy for me (I'm on a mac trackpad, maybe that's why) but good job nonetheless!
I like the graphics, but I think the controls need to be changed unless im missing something. Space / arrow keys / mouse requires 3 hands :)
A very nice concept! I really liked Valve's portal back in time, this one reminds me for that :) It's a bit hard though.
@bigbadbison The game is meant to be played with A and D for movement as shown at the start of the game (although the tip shows W and S, they do nothing, but I forgot to remove them from the sprite :)).
Well that was fun! Graphics were simple, but were effective. It felt satisfying solving the puzzles :D
A good idea) True, it was a little difficult for me :DD
i enjoyed it although there was a level where if you died with the block further down in the level you werent able to get back tot he same place. it was really fun though
Simple but communicative graphics, and some straightforward but entertaining puzzles - was fun overall. I kept soft-locking myself though, there needs to be a reset of some sort that doesn't involve restarting the whole game I think. Also, the descending camera didn't really ever become relevant, I would have just left it out.
I like the simple concept behind it and it is easy to jump in an understand what how to interact with the world but I feel a bit claustrophobic playing the because in some section it feels like you only have 1 pixel of error margin which is annoying easily to miss which is not helped by the feeling that I could try to perform the exact same action and each time it yields different results. This is more of a personal thing because it is probably done this way by design and with intent, I'm just not a big fan of "leaps of faith" and only being able to see enough to sort of make a guess on where to drop. Maybe increasing the field of view to see just a little more would help with this.
I say all of this only because I think you have a solid idea here that can easily be expanded upon to make for an even better experience and I just want to share some of my thoughts as to what might help make the experience better. :)
i rode on the boxes after picking them up =) very fun
Many of the puzzles were really neat and well built, I like the pickup vs pull mechanic, and the simplistic art style was super ethestic in my opinion, especially the cool glowing effect once I picked up the blocks.
Unfortunately I got stuck at some point because I died after taking the block to somewhere I couldn't reach. and I didn't feel any sort of camera movement mechanic, which kinda lost the whole theme to me, but great work nonetheless!
I also got stuck after advancing a box and dying. I was really enjoying it though! There are some clever, satisfying puzzles, and it was fun how creative you could be with the boxes. Lots of little tricks to explore! Great job!
got stuck like the comment above
Really cool puzzle! I recorded my first play experience, hope, it will be helpful: https://youtu.be/j45lN1wDlV0 Good luck!
