It's very good but the controls need some work, IMO. I didn't like how they felt.

Simple design. Very clean and tidy. Color palette very soothing. Controls were a bit hard to get used to.

Is a good game. The graphics work much better than it looks by the screenshots. I have to say that i saw this almost same idea of using clones a lot of times(friends of mine are doing something related). What i would change is leting the movement way more controlable and doing space be the jump button because jumping in the same directionals you move hurts my hand. I would also put some points system based in how many copys you made.

As your first game in a gamejam this is great! I hope you had fun making it, because it pretty good.

Some constructive criticism: The breaker of the game for me was the controls, they were a bit off. But I think the breaker was that the speed variable (in the game code) not resetting after collision. This caused weirdly fast and surprisingly falls and jumps that were slower then expected.

In general, a fine first gamejam game.

I really like the concept and the game looks really fun to play.

For me there is a problem on the game controls, we have a very high speed and too much friction, moreover this friction brings a bug which when you are stuck against another clone and you go to the other way that multiplies the speed and we go very far, very quickly.

But otherwise congratulations the concept is really good and for a game without artists it's clean.

For a first timer, this was very good. The graphics are a good fit for this type a game. But I did not like the controls. Space as a clone key was very hard for my stupid brain :D I always pressed it to jump. And secondly the drag after you let go of the A / D key is way to hard. Sometimes my character even died 3 times in a row because he kept his velocity after death. There are some things you should polish, but all in all it is a well done first try :D

As everyone else have said, the controls really ruins the game for me. If the controls were better it would be a very solid game, as everything else is excellent.

Fun puzzles, perfect visuals and audio for the tone, just as everyone said controls feel floaty and imprecise. Great idea though!

I thought it was pretty fun to play, though the feel of the falling could use the most work. Normally falling feels float-y but if you walk off of a platform without jumping you fall very fast. Overall I enjoyed it, especially when there were corpses all over the map that made a lot of platforms to jump through.

I really like the idea. It's fun to create clones and plan out your path. The visuals and the sound were really good, but the controls ruined the experience for me. I started with my keyboard and it felt nearly impossible to control. After turning on my controller, the experience was much better but making precise platforming was till incredibly difficult because of controls. Which is a bummer, because I really liked everything else. If you ever make a new version with improved controls, please let me know!
