Very nice work, I love how you incorporated the theme into the visual design of the game by making the screen a vertical loop. The levels are simple but polished, music is catchy, and the ending was a nice little surprise (although I'd like it more if it looped forever and made the screen effect trippier every playthough)

Nice work. :-) Getting the boss down took some time xD. Animations are cool and also the graphics. Why are you holding a club and shooting bullets? :-P. :-) Great job and a cool game. Funny idea.
Like it. Jumping feels pretty smooth, like the environment and atmosphere. Nice tutorial section and transitions. Personally I find shoot hard to use on ctrl while jumping. Good luck!
Very nice. The simplistic graphics fit really well and the music was great. The levels though simple are really well done. Some more sound effects would be appreciated. Overall though really nice game.
It would be really nice if you could check out my game.
The graphics and music are really good. The only thing I noticed during gameplay that would be easy to fix is the hitboxes. The player is not a simple square/capsule and gets stuck on ledges sometimes (is that a feature 😅?). The bullets sometimes don't hit enemies when too close to them.
Great job!

There are some inconsistancies in this game, like the player holding a club, but shooting bullets, weird hitboxes, enemies, that look like the player, and a pixelart character at the beginning, while the rest of the game is made with vector art. Other than that, there is a lot to this game. Lots of interesting mechanics to make the levels more unique, a general timer, which goes hand in hand with the short levels, and, while inconsistant, a cool artstyle and chill music.
Nice game, the web version does not fit my tiny screen... But still i reach the boss! I didn't get the loop theme. But 4/5 overall!
Awesome game, my fave one so far (2nd to ours, lol) The music fit the atmosphere very nicely and the gameplay was very smooth. I liked how it was challenging but not too difficult. Amazing job!
Simple but fun game. Platforming feels tight, though some sequences required incredible precision. It's impressive that you managed to put three bosses in there! I also like that the exit is designated by the spotlight, that makes it easy to see where it is, even in the larger, open levels. A little frustration I had was at the beginning of the levels; hazards were placed too close to the player such that I died a couple of times before I realized what was going on.
The game is fun, I like the jumping controls but maybe shooting controls would be better if there is no 48 hours limit or when the enemies are so close it is hard to hit them. Otherwise maybe time limit could be more when there is more enemies and hazards. Sound is okay for action of the player, you can use different action sound also on the next levels. Overall I like the idea of your game.
Game was fun. Some of the platform jumps were a little tight to make especially when you couldn't see them. I like the disappearing platforms and the tight jumps but i think they need to be separated.
Game was fun, good art style, good music, good mood, good story.. I enjoyed it!!

There's some really good level design in here and some of it is pretty brutal... fun to play. It could have done with a bit of polish - I'd have like to see some death animations, a bit of movement from the enemies, and the physics seemed buggy at times... overall though, this was great fun.
Good art style, but really flat. Sometimes the light rays at the end of the level looked like ramps to me. Pretty good base for a game with lots of levels but not sure how it really fits the theme

Good level design, and good number of levels - I got through quite a bit, and I didn't even beat the game. I got stuck at the first one with the collapsing platforms. My favourite was the first vertical one where you had to fall down - nice bit of "show don't tell" there.
I'm not super into the timed level aspect, I get you did it for the theme, but it gets a bit frustrating in any game.
Super kudos on the technical side, for implementing several tiny game mechanics in the different levels - invisible/collapsing platforms, etc. It's the kind of thing that has kept Mario games fresh for decades.
Except for the music, mood is not really there. The character has a club, but throws balls for some reason? And nothing is really juicy. In a game about jumping, jumping should be really satisfying. Sound effects would also be appreciated.
As for the music, it's really nice! Did you make it yourself?
Good job on this game!
