I'm stuck at the very beginning. I don't understand how I can give the mug to the boss, I don't know what to do with the Notepad :(

happygamer500 2020-10-05 22:31

Great game! I couldn't submit a completed task at times though.

bordonne 2020-10-05 23:18

Great job!

malai 2020-10-06 08:22

Tricky puzzle game where every move counts. Took me some time to understand that you can grab coffe before someone requests it, but still took me some time to beat lvl 4, good job! The sounds effect are superb

gilad-bar-ilan 2020-10-06 09:45

Nice job! I think you should add more instructions

tamail 2020-10-06 10:01

I was so confused by the copying part - never got through it. :/ Otherwise, i know I'd enjoy more of the game! The art was great, loved the sounds!

tipyx 2020-10-06 10:09

@azsteak You can open the notepad with "Space", and add new entry of "who ask what and when" :).

@tamail Yeah, the copying files and giving files task are a little confusing. Will definitely polish this in the post jam version :)

@gilad-bar-ilan Totally agree, but we didn't find the time :stuck_out_tongue: . That's why we put in the game description. Sorry fo that !

jon-nova 2020-10-06 10:12

Really interesting game. I didn't understand the use of the notepad, but I like the puzzles and the sound is also very good

tipyx 2020-10-06 10:22

@jon-nova Yep, it's an issue we realize too late :(. It will be rework in the post-jam version too (too many things to do, aaaaaah X) ). Anyway, thanks for the feedback!

swiftvector 2020-10-06 10:26

Very tough but also satisfying puzzle game once you understand how it works. The music, sound, graphics and mechanics are all very nice, it's just a little difficult to understand how the game works.

It wasn't clear what the notepad was for - at first I thought it was some kind of automation thing but since it's just for taking actual notes it ends up being confusing. Maybe if the ability to upgrade the number of lines was removed it would be a bit more clear (since you can easily cheat the limit by using pen and paper anyway).

A lot of fun once you understand how it works though. I'd just echo what people said about needing more instructions.

Great concept! Finished until Day 5. Solving the puzzle by choosing which route that took less turn was fun!

tarfield 2020-10-07 17:15

Nice puzzle game, I tried to do some of the levels without any upgrades, that didn't work out too well for me. Intriguing concept :)

aterlamia 2020-10-07 17:33

Good job it is an amusing game and music is also good. I have not found any use for the note pad however but i like that you even get points when you fail so you can already start upgrading

deathhound 2020-10-07 17:33

Very creative, innovative and polished. What is the notepad and what does notepad ligns do?

guimoliveira 2020-10-07 18:25

Good game. But I got stuck right at the beginning :sob: and I didn’t understand the use of the notepad.

tipyx 2020-10-08 18:21

@swiftvector Thanks for the feedback! And yep, we failed the understanding of the game mechanic, sorry for that :(.

@deathhound The notepad was designed to be used by the player as a reminder "I saw this guy asking for this thing at this moment", so the next day, you can prepare more efficiently your path :). Thanks for playing it  !

HMMMMhhhm

pinkunicorn 2020-10-17 20:43

Very cute puzzle game with nice idea! it's great thing, when you can't pass the level - you go to extras and buy some adds, which help you a lot))

As far as I don't like making some notes in real life, I'm glad that it wasn't necessary to do it here)
