I really really like the game idea. Never played anything like it before.

der-finski 2020-10-05 23:07

F*cking awesome game. Grafics..well you know but the idea was amazing

thecreator 2020-10-06 01:25

Really cool idea, had a lot of great moments where I started walking towards an exit and went "Wait I should let future me go first" then got to thank older me for my hindsight :joy:

really fun game concept, and I would love to see this continued into a full game <3

GREAT game and idea (grafics...but) Also maybe work on the thumbnail it's a little un apealing but GREAT idea

The mechanic is awesome! One thing about that is that you can always beat all levels by just waiting for all other colored characters to finish. That could be fixed by a limited time or something similar.

robert-buckley 2020-10-06 03:33

This was one of the most fun games I've played in awhile. There is one game breaking idea where you can just wait at the spawn point so you give your future self enough time to live. Fixing that with a mechanic would be a good next step. But awesome job!

cyphyrgriffon 2020-10-06 05:43

This was really fun! I wish I could've seen the whole map, but it was a really neat idea and it was executed well. Good work!

Fun game, love the title too

gardosj 2020-10-06 14:28

Really fun game! The design fits the theme for sure (fits the theme of the season too!) and it was certainly well-executed. Enjoyed how the intensity of the music increased with each trial. I agree with others in that a collective timer could be a useful way to up the urgency for the player. Overall a very clever, thorough idea, and the sound effects made me smile :)

evgeniya-zapolnova 2020-10-07 20:35

Amazing idea, very creative. I love the sounds :)))

This was a super fun game! I loved seeing how all my past mistakes would compound on top of one another to make the game more challenging. Graphics and music were super simple and cute too, great work!

alperenayyildiz 2020-10-08 11:57

it drives me crazy but i like the idea so much

harrm 2020-10-10 17:50

That seems like a pretty unique gameplay idea to me, I don't see that often. And nicely implemented, the only concern I have is that it's often enough to hide somewhere and wait until the previous version passes the maze. This was smartly addressed by level design, but still sometimes pops up.

I love that kind of gameplay concept... It gives so much possibilty to work with. I hope you had an amazing jam. :D

lduser125 2020-10-14 01:21

This was very innovative, really like how you integrated the different timelines to challenge yourself against yourself. Thanks for sharing!

philipprapp95 2020-10-19 19:51

Wow, great implementation of the theme, i'm amazed! the little intro scene is so cute, i guess the sound effects are all self-made. Also, the changing soundtrack is a nice idea. :D Sometimes the levels are a bit massive and you have to walk long corridors, which is a bit frustrating. But the idea of the procedural levels is great.

nubbyninja 2020-10-19 23:11

So @philipprapp95 you were very kind with your critiques. This indeed was almost entirely self-made. 100% of the models and music were made in-house, by me. 100% of the code was done by @youngblade and @mknooihuisen. The soundFX, I can't be certain, but I believe all of them were made by @youngblade & @mknooihuisen in-house.

First ever music comp, first ever sound FX, first ever jam for me personally, etc. We wanted each level to be challenging but fun. We all wished to have more done in such a short time, but I think even if we checked every single thing off the list we would still want to get more done.

We plan on implementing "incentives" to complete the maze which we are working on currently. Hopefully we can make those long walks less frustrating for you. Thanks so much for your feedback! <3

nubbyninja 2020-10-19 23:14

@thecreator thanks you for your feedback! We are doing some post-jam refinements to enhance certain aspects of the game we thought were missing that certain something. Of course we could spend our entire lives working on it, but we're going to do our best to make this as finished as possible.

nubbyninja 2020-10-19 23:16

Thank you all for rating and critiquing our game <3

The acoustic guitar has been an integral part of popular music for centuries, and its influence can still be heard in today’s music. It’s probably impossible to pinpoint one individual who made it famous, but the aforementioned musicians certainly played a major role in its popularity and helped to create the iconic sound we know and love today. https://theacousticguitar.com/best-acoustic-guitar-for-12-year-old/
