It's so hard! I played a lot of times and the first enemy kept killing me. Actually, I wonder if it could be a bug? It seems like the enemies get stronger and stronger, but they don't get reset when you restart the game?

@maxflav damn, you're right, enemies strength doesn't reset. I wornder if it's okay for me to fix (it's like 1 line of code)

edit: okay i fixed it, would be too bad to leave it like that

I liked the sound of it, but I'm completely useless at it. Can catch at most a few pieces before I'm killed so can't really play properly. Good work regardless, the soundtrack is cool. :)

Not bad. A bit confusing at first and the graphics need work! I liked the sounds tho and the gameplay once I understood it

I like the overall idea. The music was good. I think the game would really benefit from some lightning and post-processing. Gameplay is interesting, catching and fun. Is there any way to rotate the pieces of do I have just to wait for the piece I need to drop?

Great concept! Feels very challenging! My only peace of feedback is that once game launches it takes a while until first enemy appears on screen, gameplay could start a bit sooner (or is there some key I have to press?). Thanks for the game :)

IMO the game was a bit too fast paced to get a hang of it. The concept is great, but if it were a bit easy on the player in the beginning, it would have been much better!

maksim-chugunov 2020-04-20 17:28

@rjerez192 no, you can only wait. I thought about making player able to rotate it but it would add more controls and make game less intuitive, also I didn't have time to implement it (surprisingly hard to make tetris shapes rotate haha)

Music is really cool, graphics look pretty good , but I think the game requires a bit more balancing. Amazing consent , though. Good Job!

Really fun but I think the time for you to pick a part up when it falls is too small, I often tried to carry multiple at a time and then missclicked by a pixel to then lose the one I already had selected and not catch any at all

Its fun but games like this are a pain to make in jam time due to the lack of playtesing and rebalanceing needed to make it a truely fun experience. overall good work.

I love the concept so much! I also enjoyed the simplistic graphics (I was a huge fan of Thomas Was Alone and this reminds me of it) and chill music. The gameplay is theoretically great but a bit clunky - I think the fight could just be placed above the three zones and the blocks would therefore fall in a straight line. Potentially they could just end up in default inventory if you do not catch them (overfill would disappear).

The key struggle is that the blocks are hard to catch with a mouse, hard to "grab" and it seems really hard to get all of them, sort of clunky difficulty factor that can be frustrating.

But this game can be absolutely amazing, I love it, if you have a chance, do finish it. Keep up the great work!
