i like it. great game, good job :)
404 on itch.io, probably the link is wrong
Oops, my bad! The link should work now! c:
It was a fun game but the fact that the beings could push and block the trash was kind of annoying. Other than that I enjoyed it.
Really good for a first game! Fairly simple but kinda addictive
Wow, great job arinyl! When I saw the thumbnail of the game, it reminded me of the incredible artstyle of hyperlight drifter so I instantly had to click on it. And I was not disappointed! Your game looked truely beautiful! I have tried multiple times to create good looking pixelart but it never turns out the way I want, so I have huge respect for artists who create good looking pixelart magic. I really enjoyed playing the game. First I tried to throw away all the trash as soon as it appeared but after a while I started embracing the trash and began building my own little sculptures :)

It was only after playing the game, that I read that this was not only your first gamejam, but your very first game. I am truely impressed! I hope you had as much fun as I always have during ludum dare and you will continue to participate in the future :) I would be really happy if you tried out our game as well!
@ludumdaredevil Ah, yeah at first I wanted to make them without the collision, but I think it adds to a certain difficulty? You don't finish the game in 45 seconds then ahah! But I get how it can be annoying!
@dconn537 Thanks! I'm glad you liked it!
@cambryx Ooooh awh this trash person is cute!! I'm so glad you had fun playing it and.. to be fair I wasn't expecting THIS gameplay ahah! Also thanks for all the compliments ;u; It means a lot! I had fun, even tho it was very frustrating at some point because well... my knowledge of Unity and C# are very limited ahah!
cool man it was fun playing your game. very nice
This is absolutely wonderful. The lack of music and the lovely art style give it a very peaceful feeling, like these noble rock creatures shouldn't be disturbed by the modern world (or something). It's a perfect jam project in terms of scope and style. It might be nice to highlight the litter when you mouse over it, since I found myself missing occasionally when I really thought I should be able to click on them. Also, when I first launched it, the window was square and had cropped out the bin, so I wasn't sure what to do until I resized the window. Thanks for making this, and I hope your future projects go well!
@waqar-naeem Thanks!
@jofish Thaanks for the feedbacks! At first I was a bit upset because I couldn't find or make any music for the game but... I thinkk you're right, it gives a certain vibe to it? c: And yeah highlighting the items could be a great improvement!
if is really your very first game you did a really great job! BRAVO!
@vartagh It is! Thanks a lot!
Couldn't see trash can in windowed mode and was just building my majestic tower until I found that you can place trash out of screen and set the game to full screen. Great game!
really awesome job! but when the trash behind something i cant get it anymore :(
It's good, but I didn't really feel like there were any stakes involved? Do the ruins show signs of suffering at any point? I kept throwing trash in the bin as it came but nothing really happened.
The pixel art was very well done! I was impressed by how natural everything looked. I was a bit confused when I started, I didn't even see the trashcan since the colors blended in with that of the ruins. Once I got that down, it was a non-issue. Simple but fun!
@kuodos Ah yeah, this seems like a problem many people have... maybe I fucked something with the resolution while building the game ;; But glad you had fun ahah!
@mrstari Thank you! .u. Ahah yeah, these golems are annoying sometimes, but that's why we love 'em!
@toonteamj Well, if you didn't see the "end", maybe you should try playing for a lil bit! The more the plants grow, the more you'll be able to see a floating thing in the ruins.. maybe click on it? c: But you're right, I should have add a way to see the ruins suffering if too much trash is around! Sadly, I didn't have time, but this is a neat idea!
@charlez245 Thanks for the compliment! ;u; I'm glad you liked the game!
I also had to maximize the window to see what I can actually do with the trash. It's a simple game but for a first game ever it's really amazing! I liked the art, loved the background gradient and ruins coming to life!
Lovely graphics - the stone ruin people looked great! The gameplay of cleaning up litter is clear, but I feel it needed some sort of decision making, either a more urgent amount of trash, or certain trash that is worse, or a location that is worse.
A touch of music would have added some extra mood perhaps as well. Nice little concept!
Wow this is cool! I've just beat the game and it was so beautiful. Though it got hard to drag trash when more statues started walking around, it was satisfying to see the end scene. Nice work!
Nice game! The pixelart graphics were great: the rock people were really emotive and I liked the growing grass and vines. The sounds of the cans and bottles landing were really good too.
I'm on a 4:3 screen and the bin was outside my viewport when I first played it, so I didn't really get what to do (was just throwing the trash out of the bounds of the screen). When I played again I resized the window and was able to play properly.
Nice job on your first game! I like the concept of keeping the ruins clean to let nature return and bring the stone creatures to life. I built an arch out of track at first before looking at the comments and realizing that I needed to go full screen to see the trash can.
