that was pretty entertaining. i liked throwing the customers around, and the south park esque characters. sound effects were entertaining too.
wish the dialogue would skip to the end, wasn't patient enough to read it all.
also gameplay could be a little wonky at times, were you supposed to just throw customers at the register to force them to buy things? was it a bug or a feature? kind of added to the humor
interesting game

I really enjoyed playing this one, LOVE the funny dialogues-- so actually a shame that they skip with one-click (was hoping it could be those click-fulltext-clickagain-skip situation). really appericiate that you put the humor in the game play, it took me a little time to figure everything out but i didn't mind it at all.

Funny lil game. :) I think it's hilarious that you're saving the VHS business by forcing people to buy them. And they go along with it. :D I would like for the dialogue to be shown in full first before advancing to the next one when you skip it. I wanted to read the dialogue, but the text reveal was too slow. I still sat through it though, but I would've preferred skipping the reveal part. My gameplay session stopped when everyone had bought a VHS and left, but the game didn't advance. Was this a bug or am I supposed to make them by more VHSs? This is unclear.
I like the game. I like that it establishes a setting and somewhat of a story that explains the scope of the game well. I found it a bit hard to tell when I am done milking the customers.

it took me some time to discover that I needed to throw customers into the cash machine .. I guess I'm not a good seller haha, nice entry!
pretty funny game and I love the idea of keeping the business alive. thanks for making this.
Throwing customers at the register is an interesting way to keep a business alive, I had a good laugh playing it! The sounds and graphics just added to this. Good job!
Nice jam game, fun to play, and had a between level little background from the boss. The music was great, the graphics and mechanics were good. I did notice that I got stuck on the menu screen when i went to the credit screen i had no way to go back, maybe add a back button there, But other than that well done!
@ssh-randy Thank you! Ideally clients would take longer to buy, so you would be forced to throw them around to keep them inside. Throwing is not a bug at all, it is supposed to be the core feature
@shaubbyplayz Thank you!
@megahana Thank you! The dialogue system needed a bit more polish. Glad you enjoyed the lines anyway.
@rk3omega Thank you for playing! The dialogue system did need a bit more of work. And that last part was bug that we couldn't solve before the deadline :disappointed:
@toddthewraith Ideally the clients would be ungrabbable and would exit the map when reaching the edge of the street, but we couldn't get to it before the deadline! Thank you for playing anyway
@frompdx Nice! That was the core of the whole idea
@magus77 Thank you! @system64 and @paterno did all the assets
@pjnovas You wouldn't survive in the VHS rental business in our current days then
@paulhocker Thank you for playing and leaving a review!
@sztrovacsek Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it
@jarithius Thank you for the feedback! The menus/dialogue system did need a bit more of work. I'm happy that overall it was fun
