I have never been INSIDE a tower defense game before, so this was a fun change. Always like to see a new twist on a genre. Aiming is a bit clunky, but I eventually got it. Loved the tutorial, but not sure if it ended too early or I messed it up. Overall, solid effort.

It ended up crashing at some point (I believe I mounted a repaired tower and tried to shoot something?), but I was quite enjoying the game. Good fun. Awesome twist allowing the player to manually control the towers as well!
@mrpiedpiper Thanks for playing! The game crashing was a problem throughout development. We did some last minute fixes, but I don't think we fully fixed the problem. Hopefully the bug will be ironed out in the post-jam version.
Really good job on graphics. Also gameplay reminds me of Sanctum, but without mazes=)
The idea is super awesome!
And the tutorial gave me more than a little portal vibe.
Graphics are very nice (even though a little demanding for my laptop).
Sadly the game crashes quite often so I gave up after 3 minutes of playtime.
The idea is definitely worth exploring more :)
I really liked the general aspect of the game, for me the mouse sensitivity was too low especially because the asteroids came from many different angles.
Also the portal I was supposed to enter in the tutorial never appeared, but after a while the first level still started.

@kevin-h Sorry about the mouse sensitivity issue... We'll add a mouse sensitivity slider in the post jam version. The portal may have appeared but it's not the most obvious -- the tutorial was made in less than 2 hours haha! Glad you still enjoyed the game!

Skipped the tutorial. Was pleasantly surprised to be able to get into turrets. Reminded me of the old Command and conquer/Red Alert games where you could do that. Mouse seemed slow when in the turret but fine otherwise. Also, after I died, the mouse disappeared on the home screen. Overall, a nice game.

The game was fun but it crashed after the second round. Also: some turrets wouldn't shoot. But the art and audio is amazing.

Great game! It was satisfying to destroy the meteors. Great tutorial, felt separate to the game and a good way to introduce players. The gameplay was fun and the graphics were amazing (especially the flaming meteors)! Combined with the audio, the mood was great! It was so satisfying to watch from distance (see my screenshot, and great to get in amongst the tower defense, quite a unique turn. I found the game enjoyable for a good amount of time. Advice/ideas: when firing the turrets yourself, I would making them have more punch visually. I would also speed up the pace of the game a bit, and have more diverse hazards (but you've done well with the different sizes). Overall, a really great job and this game is amazing! Well done!
