oh. Very good game! A lucky entry! I'm making videos for this YT channel, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2YCW5s25G3r600RbE-hgTA . Can i find your game also on indiexpo website? We are linked with it. I will be very happy to include your game in the next videos!!
I really liked your artstyle and music the mood you guys set is just spot on. This really is a hidden gem
Hi @torh! We don't plan to upload the project to indiexpo website, but we'd love you to include GAS in one of your videos: D
This was really good! I loved the aesthetic reminded me of Don't Starve but if it took place in WW1 trenches. I really like the idea of finding or courting survivors to your camp in order to sacrifice them. The metal retrieval was a little difficult to understand at first, and putting my builders to work on a certain building was something I often forgot to do leaving them idle for a while. Overall, great idea, great visuals, and great execution!

Fantastic overall. Art style looks great and the theme is well integrated to the gameplay. The tutorial could be better explained, never really figured out how to get extra materials but the game started to click as I played on. Really well done!

This is a really cool concept, and a really great presentation! The game is a bit difficult to learn at first and could probably use some sort of tutorial, but it starts to get easier once you work out how everything works. Good job!

This art style is amazing! I hope you write a postmortem as I'd love to attempt something like this. RTS was the genre I grew up with and I like the spooky theme you took with it. Great entry, great job!

Really great game! The art style and overall idea was really cool, I'm a fan of games like these so this was really up my alley. The music combined with the bleak atmosphere made the game really moody, which contributed to its rather grim premise. Honestly this is one of my favorites so far, I'd love to see this game expanded lol
Art style and atmosphere are both excellent. Would have benefitted from a tutorial though for those who don't play a lot of RTS'

Really impressive game, congrats!
"Remember, civilians are not your friends but your source of energy" - maybe this would have fit LD #44 better, where the theme was "your life is currency" :)

Wow ! I love the atmosphere of your game. The art is very cool. I think like @lee-beever, a tutorial can be better to understand the game.
A pretty & good game ! I would add at least a functional name (if a tooltip description is too much) on the building options. Would help with undestanding their purpose a bit faster, the icons are not clear enough. I really liked the fog and the general aesthetics of the game. Good job !

Absolutely fantastic game, it looks and feels really polished and it has a certain feeling of overhanging doom over it which I absolutely love. Really really well done!
Really Nice. Well planed, well executed Good.
A really really nice entry! The graphics together with the music make for a great mood (Gasmask boy for some reason is super adoreable, lol) All in all it had a soft of cute "chibi" look while being set in a depressive, distopian setting - kinda reminded me of the game Beholder :) The gameplay is a carefully constructed and provides a lot of mechanics that sure add to balancing. However, tutorial wise this sadly isn't good (enough) - which is a shame, because the game's so great. We felt it's really really hard to get into without ending up frustrated because at the beginning you're consufd of what to do exactly, ideally a tutorial level or sorts would be the best choice of course, but pretty sure the tight schedule of LD didn't allow for it - the help in the bottom right corner doesn't pause the game (at east I felt it doesn't? the NPCs are still moving around?) Which it should. That makes it seem pretty stressful tbh. Also You could have provided more infos in this post and a gameplay video explaining the mechanics more profoundly - both things you could have done easily post-jam! What a shame! I feel like you could have generated a lot more players, which in the end means votes that way. What was also weird is that the game at some point simply ended although I still had enough citizens etc.? But since that's such an advanced issue, very good job nevertheless ^^
Very cool and detailed entry for a gamejam but if you continue to work on it really start by making a profound tutorial and make levels and introduce the mechanics gradually - like that you end up having introduced all at level 7 or something :)
Congrats von finishing your jam, you can be proud of yourselfes :)
