I did a number of attempts. Personal best time of 10.2s.
I like the idea of this game - I think it could easily expand into a larger game with a competitive high-score beating mode.
Just a friendly word of advice, you may want to adjust your goals a bit. Making a multiplayer game in a weekend, even as a veteran, is very difficult. I would suggest making a simple game and polishing it as much as you can, then try going a little further the next time. You did the most important part though; you made a game and had fun doing it! Keep it up!
Without being that familiar with speedrunners, it was difficult but sort of interesting to figure out what you're supposed to do and what the game's affordances are. A fuller version of this idea could definitely use some more direction in-game or a tutorial. Once I got the hang of it it was pretty fun to jump off of walls and try to improve my time though. My best time going around the "intended" (?) way was 7.815 seconds (though you could just double back right at the beginning and get ~4ish seconds) Not much to it but a good start, keep it up!
By backing up: 3.347 Normal way: 7.680
I actually had quite some fun with this one! The controls are quite close to Speedrunners at least from my memory, wall jumping works very well and its very fun to try and run around trying to beat your score. I think you can fix getting stuck on wall by making walls frictionless, that's what i used in my game and i never got stuck on a wall again after it :) Pretty fun entry! I think even doing a goofy quick asset of player drawn in paint would've been better than just a rectangle but that's just me hahah, hope you'll have more time for next jam!
"Impressive game, Very cool concepts. I left wishing that there is more. Had a lot of fun "
Really like the idea behind the game. It seems really unfinished, but I enjoyed the weird physics! :D Record with backing up is 2.881 seconds. Really running the loop, something around 8.

Not bad physics, all you need to this type of platformer to be "ok". Really missing some levels with some minimum of time for each.
