If you had issues with game resolution or never getting any loot - it was fixed
We're very sorry for inconvenience and hope players from now on will enjoy the game experience)
So, as posted above, the game doesn't fit my screen. However, you can fix this by zooming out in your browser (typically ctrl and +/-). This game reminds me a lot of Atomicrops and the GUI and art is amazingly polished for an LD jam. It took me a minute to realize I could punch things if I switched to an empty inventory slot. Otherwise it's a good start to what could be a really fun game!
I have problem with the screen fit, but i learn by trying pressing 1-2-3-4 to change itens and it was really cool to play. I like the art style, reminds me dont starve style
Throughout a few nights I managed to acquire one pack of seeds, not sure if I'm doing something wrong there.
The big issue for me is the fact that the background is plain, I wasn't really sure if I was moving or not.
Cool game! It wasn't clear how to get stuff from the plants though, I never got ammo.
Couldn't really figure out how to get going. I start with zero everything and no apparent way to get more, then I start the night and the monsters get me.
Great visual aesthetic! Took me 8 nights to find my first pack of seeds, planted it, and then my plant was immediately destroyed. Played for about 20 minutes but never got lucky enough to grow an ammo plant. Great concept, but very difficult, and not very forgiving, or rewarding.
I don't understand how to find some seeds and start growing something.
I have really no idea how to get seeds or ammunition.. You literally start with nothing which makes it impossible to plant something.. i run around the monsters for about 5 minutes but nothing happened.. but incredible nice artwork I really like this style!
Cool game, but so easy. Polish balance up and game will be better
A lot of fun. A few more mobs per wave would make it interesting.
Seems completely broken to me... no ammo, no seeds, no idea how to get either...
@chaotikza Need to punch some. You start with nothing so you need to loot the enemies for seed packets.
So I think this game is interesting. I love the planting mechanic. It does need to be more difficult as after the first one or two nights it was extremely easy and I had way more than enough ammo. Love the graphics, especially the coin plant. The bullets shot were also really cool looking. I think with some more time this could be a full on release quality loop. Good job! Biggest thing I would change is make it so planting plants has either a negative drawback of some kind or at least have them get destroyed as I never had a single one get chomped by the enemies.
@thevideogamester After you told me to punch some, it still took me 5 minutes to figure out how! A simple hands icon in the empty slots might have made it obvious... :rage:
Will give this a proper test now and update my review.
@chaotikza Np. I agree it is a bit rough to figure out at the start. I only figured it out by accident
OK, here goes.... Really love the graphics and animation - good work on that!
No sound? Please remove the audio category on submission in that case.
I got far enough that I think I have a good idea of how things work now:

Most of the problems I see with the game come down to either balance or usability.
On the balance side: - The pistol and SMG seem useless when there is plentiful ammo for the gatling gun. I'm guessing there's a missing upgrade system where you spend coins to buy better weapons? Still, adding some weapon variety might be nice. - Once I had about 4 tower plants it seemed like I didn't really need to help fighting enemies, so the game was very easy.
On the usability side: - Make it obvious that I can punch. Make it the first weapon slot, with an icon. - Gathering stuff from plants is tedious and awkward, because E is right next to WASD - maybe punching plants to make them drop stuff would be a nicer experience. An upgrade that gives that an area-of-effect would be nice too to speed up harvesting later in the game.
As the Videogamester said, this is a very promising entry - I just got very frustrated trying to figure out how to play it.
