love it. very cool. kinda hard to figure out the third level. really rad.

move127 2019-10-08 01:14

Very fun and cute game. The music, art, and craziness come together to make this into a peaceful and relaxing experience.

mactinite 2019-10-08 01:16

Love the sound the sheep make. I found the fact that they roll away from you makes the game harder than it needs to be. Especially on level 6, as soon as I move a bunch of them fly off the edge lol. Overall though a well made game

marcus-otterstrom 2019-10-08 01:20

@rosebucket Hey, did you read the controls? :) Assuming you mean level 4, try catching the sheep before they fall off and then throw them through the gate (or over the fence)

abdul-zakkar 2019-10-08 01:22

I love the simplicity of the game mechanic! The hook is a bit finicky and I kinda wish I didn't have to rotate the screen, but I like how to sheep roll around, I like the music and simple art style. I can see this on Steam with a few dozen levels and some added mechanics :)

marcus-otterstrom 2019-10-08 01:22

@mactinite Thanks for playing! The sound would be me trying to sound like a sheep and then modifying the pitch and the tempo until I didn't have more time to tweak it haha. And yeah, level 6 is pretty tough. It's very possible with enough patience though :)

marcus-otterstrom 2019-10-08 01:22

@move127 Thank you for the kind words <3

tequilatom 2019-10-08 01:26

This is a super Zen game. I would love to just sit back any play it with a cup of tea to unwind after a long day of work. The music really brought it all together.

theog 2019-10-08 01:26

My first ludum dare was about sheep. This time, I made something with voxels. It was my destiny to play your game! 😆 I love the ambiance of your game, simple but very cute. You took the time to make a pretty clean menu and that's cool. Great job!

marcus-otterstrom 2019-10-08 01:27

@abdul-zakkar Thanks a lot for the feedback! I usually say "I might polish this up later" after game jams but this one I might *actually* work on with comments like these.

marcus-otterstrom 2019-10-08 01:31

@tequilatom Glad you enjoyed it! I'm no composer but I think it turned out pretty good :) Music and sound was actually one of the things that was missing when the Compo time ran out, and like you said I think it's a vital part to the game so I had to extend it to a Jam. It wasn't as relaxing to develop as it is to play, but least a good amount of tea was consumed ;)

xenoxygene 2019-10-08 01:34

The game feels really great and the music is super chill! I loved it <3

marcus-otterstrom 2019-10-08 01:38

@xenoxygene Thank you very much :bow_tone2: <3

marcus-otterstrom 2019-10-08 01:39

@theog Haha, will have to check both of those out in the morning :D Thank you for the comment and thanks for playing!

autumn-schutt 2019-10-08 18:18

This was very cute and fun! It was pretty challenging but I really enjoyed it!

maaya 2019-10-08 21:33

LOVE this game! Great art, nice subtle music, funny "meee" sheep sound :D challenging but fun gameplay, great job!

demuss 2019-10-09 13:23

I love hybrid of pixelart and lowpoly, gameplay is funny, i love the fact you dont have to catch the sheeps to succeed, rolling them works too <3 Music is super relaxing, nice game!

veer 2019-10-09 13:58

Cute, Fun, Good Voxel Graphics, Simple.

bilalch213 2019-10-09 14:04

That's a really decent and straight-forward voxel game. It is both challenging and fun to play!

2019-10-09 22:08

I love that the sheep roll & that its a voxel game, I think it should be easier to grab the sheep though & the last level is a bit too difficult as well, I was not able to complete it.

itsdanidre 2019-10-11 18:38

Mehhhh! *sheep noises* Your game is really cool. Voxel at one, and subtle music too. Those pesky sheep on harder levels got me frustrated though!! THEY ALWAYS SWERVE ME AT THE LAST MINUTE JUST BEFORE MY HOOK! >:[

I gotta say, this the most I enjoyed getting my ankles broken

At first there was no reason to actually hook, since I could push them into the fence...then it got to the point I needed to throw them over! You've thought this out well!
