Quite expanded game. Mechanics work quite well and the graphics look very well done. I doesn't TRY to be climatic - it IS climatic. Good entry !

Maybe the music is to repetitive and you have sometimes the "resident evil" camera problem which is that you think going in a direction by pressing a key but you're not. In the other way, the graphisms are gorgeous + the theme and the gameplay are working nicely. Good job guys, i see all the work in graphisms and programmation and that's huge.

This game is sick! It's very well made and polished. Good job and keep the great work

Awesome game :) I had a great time playing it and it's fully adapted to the theme of the Ludum. The only errors found were with the bodies when sacrificing them, sometimes they did not count. But excelent game for a Jam, good job!

@blackwen thank you for the review :) I'm glad you enjoyed the game!

The reason why some bodies weren't counting as a proper sacrifice is that they were not the specific targets assigned to you by Satan (you can hold Z to have assigned targets highlighted). We were trying to force the player after specific targets associated with some dialogues (some of them were not implemented) and not just kill the most convenient targets ;)

I like the art, good job! 5 stars for mood and graphics;)

A bit longer than I initially imagined, but I definitely liked the mood and aesthetics. It was a good idea implementing the target highlighting feature, as sometimes I became incredibly lost in the level and wasn't sure where to go or what to do.

My biggest complaint would be that there desperately needed a way to move faster, like a run button or something. This was especially annoying after getting caught and having to start back at the beginning only to slowly walk around to do everything again.

I feel like what could've worked really well here was a radar system with enemy FOVs (similar to metal gear solid), since sometimes you are caught by a passerby from miles away with no way of avoiding it. Overall, great little game with fitting music and nice graphics!

Fun game! I really like the graphics and the humor in the dialogue. I do have to agree with some of the previous comments for improvements. It really threw me off pressing a key and then not moving in the direction I would have associated with that key. I also agree a sort of radar for enemies would be very helpful because I consistently got caught by people across the map that I didn't even realize were there. Overall, though, I did really enjoy it! Nice work :)

@sodaraptor @kaitlin-quick fair points, thanks for the feedback guys! I should've definitely at least removed being detected from too far of a distance. Just doesn't feel fair when you're playing.

Great game, but a bit hard, since someone who is off-screen can see you being up to no good. I think it would make more sense if being spotted wasn't an instant game-over. Instead, you could enter another phase of the game where police enter the building and start looking for you. That would give you more opportunity to continue sneaking around (albeit with more enemies to dodge).

Fun game! Nice art style - reminds me of Little Big Adventure! That damn bishop spotted me every time. Great concept and really nice atmosphere. Seems we weren't the only ones with a clergy theme!

Good game! Enjoyed sneaking around with the corpses and solving the puzzles, found a bug where I sacrificed the last body and the end screen was shown during a frame just before starting again the game. Really liked the ambient and the graphics. Great job!
